I told them natural nails with builder gel and they WOULD NOT accept it. The lady got mad and had me go to another girl (after drilling off the gel on one hand) and I finally said "whatever it is just get it off and fix it please. I got an acrylic overlay because they don't do builder gel I guess? It didn't look bad but o could deal until I got in with my regular girl.... and then the acrylic started coming off two hours later. Terrible service, their product is not good either.

I even had to file my own nails at home afterward because they were sharp and unsafe for my patients. If this salon only wants appointments instead of walk-ins, they should make that clear on their website. Customer service here is consistently poor, and I won't be coming back or recommending this place. There are plenty of better salons out there--even if they're farther away.
