The room itself was beautiful, and they helped us procure anything we needed to make our stay most comfortable. Pools were gorgeous and every corner is picture perfect. We got a couples massage at the spa and Scarlett was INCREDIBLE. It was so relaxing and perfect. I take away 1 star for two reasons - 1) Food is overpriced for the value and 2) We had a bad experience with Luis at the front desk who told us our guest wasn't allowed on the property. All of the restaurants we tried were really good, definitely a highlight of the stay. Service across the board was also excellent, from check-in to dining to poolside. Everyone was friendly and attentive, which made the trip feel even more relaxing. The beach being so close was a big plus, and we were actually able to get into the water, which isn't always the case in Cabo. The only downside for me was the noise. The rooms don't seem very soundproof. We could hear quite a bit from outside as well as from neighboring rooms at night. It made it a little tough to get a solid night's sleep. Aside from that, it was a really enjoyable stay and I'd definitely consider coming back.

They are definitely having a sewage problem. We went to check out a new room and it smelled like dust and the same sewage smell. My parents then decided it was time to go. They offer sample drinks and popsicles at the pools. Their attention to detail is flawless and everything is well thought out. The resort has an adults only pool, a family infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and another shallow kids pool. Plenty of lounge chairs and was never too busy. The food was fantastic from the poolside kitchen to the on site property restaurants to the private chefs. Honestly some of the best food I've had in my life. The spa is world class and I highly recommend it. We had some of the best nail service, massages, and facials ever. Everyone is well trained and very skilled and experienced in their area of expertise. They have complimentary golf carts that take you anywhere on the property and we never had to wait for one. Then instead of apologizing and removing the errant charges from our bill, the person at the front desk made us wait for over 45 minutes while he contacted the IT department and checked on the times each movie was supposedly watched. We told him our shuttle was waiting and we needed to get to the airport, but this person, Adonis, just took his time and casually investigated and wrote down the times of each movie. No apologies.
