Well it was that time of year to get our heating ready for winter. I called and spoke to Roxanne and she accommodated my schedule. Appointment set 8am-10am. Technician called and said he was on the way around 8am. Technician Michael Mujadin was so professional yet friendly. He was on time and worked efficiently. He gave me updates as he was moving along. Our a/c unit was replaced by a different, larger company in 2014, shortly before we bought this house. We have (solely) used Four Seasons a few times over the past few years any time we've had a/c issues. We've always had great experiences with Kevin, the owner, and I have recommended the company in our local Facebook group and on NextDoor when people ask. He was always knowledgeable. Our a/c went out late this morning, so I called for an appointment. Brittany, the dispatcher, promised a tech would be at my house sometime after 3:00 pm, letting me know it could be on the later side. I felt lucky to get a same day appointment. She called just after 5 to let me know we had not been forgotten. Then she called again at 6:15 to let me know a tech was on the way from Tempe. Awesome communication and very friendly! George and another tech arrived after 7 and got right to it. They were also incredibly friendly and professional. They determined the motor was bad and because I had already purchased a new motor a few years ago, it was under warranty. They came in and George let me know that he'd order a new motor right away and he'd do everything possible to have it tomorrow so he could switch it out, but there was a chance the part might not be in until Thursday. I would get a brand new motor and only pay for labor and the service call, which prices were clear and fair. I should note that it was 87 in the house by then and I was sitting on the couch, literally dripping wet with sweat, with wash cloths my kids kept re-dipping in ice water, wrapped around my neck. Not a pretty sight. I keep the house at 72 or colder normally because my body stopped cooling itself properly a few years ago. Summer is very hard on me and leaving the house has been an especially big struggle this year. If I get too overheated, I legitimately pass out. But not before I humiliate myself by sweating profusely and turning tomato red - enough to look like I must have some horrible, obscure communicable fever disease. Anyway! 87 was an about-to-black-out-level-10-things-are-bad situation. I was embarrassed because, well, you should have seen me. I apologized and nicely asked if they could try to squeeze us in tomorrow if the part was available because chemo and steroids and immunosuppressants make me look and feel like I've run a marathon... from my couch... when i get hot. He assured me he'd do everything he could. I was appreciative. I was texting my parents so I could pack myself up and go over. My husband, kids, and dogs were on their own. It's every man for himself under these conditions. ‍ Just kidding. I wouldn't leave the dogs in these conditions. That's when George came back in. They had been out in the back where the unit is and to the front to the truck a few times, and George had also been on the phone, ordering parts, I'd assumed. He told me he couldn't leave me like this until the part came, so they were going to temporarily replace the broken motor with one they had on the truck. And then they will come back when the new motor is here and switch out the "loaner" part for the pricier one we had originally purchased that was under warranty. They stayed an extra half an hour and worked until 8:00 at night, doing something they absolutely did NOT have to do. I wasn't at all upset with them about having to wait. Air conditioning units break! That's life. It just happens to affect me pretty negatively, but that is nobody else's problem. I'm uncomfortable with being ill and embarrassed by it and how it affects me. I never ask for accommodations and never expect anything. So maybe that is why it felt especially generous. Or maybe it's because I had an infusion on Friday that wiped me out and I can barley get from my bed, downstairs to the couch, so the idea of getting everything packed up to leave for the night and day tomorrow was daunting. I dunno. But regardless, George didn't know any of that. He is just a nice person and an excellent employee that works for a company that is good enough to keep an employee like him. He took something I mentioned in passing as an explanation because I was embarrassed and was so generous. They told me they'd collect the service fee when they come back so I can just pay it along with the labor fee when they do the replacement. I believe Kevin and his wife are a local-to-Cave-Creek family. I hope you'll consider supporting this great business. Like I said, I was already a happy customer and I've been recommending them for a few years, but this is so above and beyond that going forward, I could not imagine using any other company. Very positive experience from scheduling to clean up. Britni was able to schedule a next day AC tune up with no issues. I was previously conversing with another company but after 2 failures to show I switched to four seasons and pleasantly surprised to find a slot so quickly. Chris who came in for the tune up was also super nice and thorough and while pointed out findings (wear and tear from use) did not recommend any unnecessary additional costs to fix but just a timeframe and proposed solutions if and when the time comes. Purchased a Groupon online for an HVAC inspection and cleaning. The technician Carlos arrived within the time window. Carlos was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He was extremely thorough with the inspection and coil cleaning (was here for 90 minutes!). Most companies would rush the job and try to upsell parts because it was a Groupon. Carlos did the opposite, and in the end told me my unit was in good working condition (amazing, because it is an older unit). Very trustworthy company as represented by the technician Carlos. We found them on Groupon for an A/C Tune Up and they answered the phone right away and were able to schedule a morning appointment the following week. They arrived in the hour time frame they promised unlike the usual 4 hour time slot which was greatly appreciated. They were very efficient and even noticed things past A/C tune up technicians from other companies never told us about. They washed our condenser coil/evaporator coil and flushed the condensation line. They even took pictures to show us areas we couldn't see or had the chance to look at ourselves. Our A/C went out last Friday night so we needed to call an A/C repair shop on Saturday. It was planning on being over 100 degrees. We call 4 Seasons first thing in the morning. They said somebody would be out before Noon same day. Jorge Gutierrez was at our house by 10am and had everything repaired before Noon. The job was clean. I had to have my air conditioning units serviced before moving. Four seasons home services provided great customer service both over the phone and in person. I felt taken care of from the moment I received a call back to schedule my appointment. The two technicians; Carlos & Romario were vey patient in finding my residence (Not an easy address to find), they remained curteous and respectful in walking through the house with their equipment and communicated with me as they were completing the job. I purchased the Day and Night Heat pump and was very pleased at first and even left a positive review which i just removed. Shortly after it was installed (actually this was 2 years ago) I decided to look in the attic where some of the equipment is and realized that they did not put in the insulation which I had paid $400 for and the levelers that were supposed to go under the unit were not put on as well. Then, after 1 month the thermostat was not working properly so they replaced it and i requested a manual rather than a programmable thermostat so it left a big hole in my wall and when they left the air was blowing cold and this was January so I told them and they assured me that it would soon be blowing warm air., It continued to blow cold air so I called shortly after and had to wait 2 business days for someone to come back and get the heat back on it.. (Just imagine 2 days without heat on cold days after paying $6500 for a new complete unit) ...................I expect more for the seller of a brand new unit considering that Weather Master that I preciously used would come out within a day and sometime even the same day and I didn't even purchase a unit from them. read more

I don't typically leave reviews but felt this company deserved it. I noticed about 4:00 in the afternoon that my AC was blowing warm air and the temp in my house was rising quickly as it was over 100 degrees outside. I left a message for the company that did my AC tune up a few months ago but didn't hear back from them right away (which is not surprising this time of year, but almost 24 hours later, I still haven't heard back). So I got on the NextDoor app. I called the first company I saw and they not only answered the phone but had a technician here within a few hours. The technician was friendly and super knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining the AC system to a very clueless individual (me). Lol!!! I felt the price was more than fair and let's face it, when your AC goes out, you really are at the mercy of the people that can fix it. Bottom line, call Four Seasons. Kevin & Jessica are a great team at Four Seasons! From the first call to being prompt with the appointment to finishing the job right they were friendly & reliable. We had an unique problem with a part in our A/C (so rare that Lennox had not heard of the problem occurring often). Kevin had to go to Lennox multiple times to get the part we needed. He did not charge us for the initial parts until he got the one that fixed our real problem. He & his staff were friendly, knowledgable & dedicated to getting the repair done correctly.
