With that being said, I've been coming here for over a year now. I've not only had car washes but I've had a full exterior and interior detail by them. Unfortunately the last couple times, I've had scratches on my car. I went in yesterday giving them the benefit of the doubt and I saw really upsetting scuffs on my car. I'm upset because I don't know where I would go to get my car washed without it getting damaged. I really do enjoy the staff and service but it's been going downhill and i'd hate to give this place less than 4 stars.

I took off one star because a) they pressed enough buttons to change my GPS system to Spanish and changing it to English was a complete pain and b) they took everything ... I mean everything ... out of the glove compartment, center console and door pocket and tossed it into a plastic bag ... leaving to go through and reorganize things like registrations, insurance, etc. another pain. I'll definitely go back ... I'll just ask them to not press buttons or pack up those areas.

I go to the beach, drive two dogs back and forth and for the first time my car looks great and I can vacuum getting up sand and hair. I just joined the membership which allows me to go anytime I want for a month. It is 21.95 and I get a wash, wax, tires clean and more. Today, I saw that there was paint splattered on my car. Dry! I have a Lexus SUV. Drove up to Blue Tide, owner came out and suggested options to remove the paint. He then came in to the car wash and blasted the car with spray which removed it all. Said he didn't have a five to give me back so I told him keep it just give a minute for a little more effort. Kid didn't even pick up the gun and the passenger side never touched. Sam was never pushy, but was very patient taking time to explain to me all the products, service options and answer my questions. Sam didn't try to "up-sale" me, but his goal was to understand the outcome I was looking for and ensuring that outcome exceeded expectations in the most cost effective manner...and he succeeded! I was able to get a great deal a 10 year old used car (2012 Toyota RAV4), but the car needed some love to bring the vehicle back to "showroom floor" condition and protect it going forward. I looked at a lot of shops in the Philadelphia area and it was well worth the drive to deal with a professional, like Sam, who truly cares about the service he provides to his customers. While Sam has worked on many cars with price points over $100K+, he treated me and my RAV4 as if it was a Rolls Royce. Sam knows that a well maintained vehicle means a lot to everyone regardless of the make, model or MSRP. Sam was even nice enough to update me throughout the detailing process (see pictures of PPF being applied and steam cleaning leather seats). I ended up having the following services done to my RAV4: Polish, Headlight Restoration, Ceramic Coating on the interior and exterior, Paint Protection Film on the hood, behind the door handles and headlights. It should not be overlooked that Sam uses the highest quality products on the market available to him at the time. The produces he uses are all professional grade, high-end materials- he doesn't try to short-change you by using inferior products. Quality and value don't often come together in today's world, but Sam is a true craftsman and I am so happy when I look at my car. My wife, who isn't a car person, was so impressed that she told me "our car looked better than the new cars on the showroom floor." The attached pictures of my car simply do not do Sam's work justice! My hand glides over the smooth body panels. As a passenger in a car with a soft top, the owner was looking for a specific place. Up til this day I didn't realize such a thing was an issue but it makes perfect sense. We found Ridge Pike and pulled in. There was tent on the lot and some men sitting at a table. As we approached the wash itself another man emergered and began signaling us with hand gestures. The driver pulled up, rolled her window down and said she wanted the deluxe. Before we could blink the men at the table were on us spraying, wiping, brushing. We were given more instructions once inside where we got washed. We headed over to another tent where the same fellas applied some Armor All began to dry the car by hand. They did a very thorough and very quick job. I was inspired to get my own car washed.

The last couple of times I got the deluxe wash, it was decent. However, on my most recent visit, the staff seemed rushed and did a poor job with the pre-wash scrub. I specifically came in to remove bird droppings from the roof of my car. When I pointed it out, the employee glanced at it and said, "It's clean," until he took a closer look and saw that there were still a dozen spots left. The staff seemed irritable and eager to leave, not customer-focused at all. I felt bad for the one guy was drying all the cars by himself. He had more customer skills than the guy at the cashier. It's disappointing to say this after so many years, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
