Lovely rooms with patios (not big night to sit on but could stand on it). Shower had dual heads, but no door so made for cold showers with barely Luke warm water. The room door itself wouldn't shut all the way on its own ended up having to pull on it aggressively to shut it. The bed was comfortable. Loved that there was a tv in the bedroom and living area. The doors within the room were a mix between sliding doors and regular doors. The room has a door to the living room and one to the bathroom. The living room also had a door to the bathroom. Ironing board (small one) and iron provided in the decent sized closet. Room also includes microwave and fridge. Parking is already included in your nightly rate, they have parking right out front of lobby as well as non secured underground parking. Elevator available to take you from parking garage to either lobby or hotel floors. Restaurant is on site but closes at 9PM. In the lobby theirs fruit infused water, what appeared to be soda, hot water and coffee available 24/7. Great experience with check in staff.

I saw a service dog in there, but I don't know the overall dog's policy.

Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated -- from the beautiful displays, signage, tablescapes, and darling water/juice stations to the gorgeous paper products and overall presentation. The food was fantastic, and the vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options were especially impressive. Guests were raving about everything. The service was just as exceptional -- the team was attentive, kind, constantly refreshing items, clearing tables, and so gracious throughout the event. They were also wonderful to work with on budget, incredibly accommodating, and even helped with a few extras so we did not need additional rentals. Wilder Space is polished, professional, and truly top-notch. We are so grateful we found them and will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend for events in Santa Cruz, the South Bay, and surrounding areas.

I booked very early on with her and had many questions and follow ups. She always responded promptly with love, compassion, and a clear passion for her work. In addition, when Alicia joined on our team, she integrated seamlessly when working alongside Molly. We were so impressed by Molly's cooking (and overall hospitality and gratitude) when we enjoyed her tasting. We lowered our expectations when we assumed that food made in bulk for a wedding wouldn't be as good. I am so so pleased to say the food was just as incredible when it served over 110 guests. It greatly exceeded our expectations. Molly cooks with love. You can feel it when you're enjoying your meal. We got so many compliments from our guests who came up to us raving about how delicious everything was. In addition, Wylder Space did more than just cook! They coordinated linen rentals, set up table settings, and advised about the BYOB drinks. I truly don't know how Molly finds the time to be so communicative while pouring her heart into amazing meals and effective party planning. Molly and Wylder Space, you are a huge reason our wedding was such a success. We understand why you're one of Nestldown's preferred vendors. We hold you to a very high regard. Thank you for everything!

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. We asked if we could sit upstairs near the band, and they immediately made it happen for us. That alone set the tone for the night -- no hesitation, just great service. Sitting upstairs by the live band made the whole experience even better. The energy was fun, lively, and perfect for a Valentine's celebration with friends. We were able to enjoy the music, laugh, and really soak in the atmosphere. The customer service was amazing all around -- attentive, friendly, and on point the entire night. And the food? Incredible. Everything we ordered hit. I can confidently say this might be my new go-to spot for special occasions or even just drinks with friends. Great vibes, great food, and great service. We'll definitely be back!

It was closed due to a private party upstairs. The food took some time to serve, but it taste really good. Love my full back ribs and Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese rings! The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or enjoy a casual meal. They made my birthday extra special with their lemon raspberry cake. Yum! I'll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu!

Parking can be limited, particularly during busy times, and still is expensive to park overnight. Rooms are spacious and relatively modern. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. Slept great here, bedding and linens are clean and sharp. Staff at the front desk are a mixed group - some are very motivated and enthusiastic, others are a little bit less interested in your stay. The downstairs bar is lively and well staffed. Limited dining options. Pool hot tub is nice and well maintained. Gym is decent. Would stay here again.

Poor Service, Hidden Fees, and a $300 Smoking Fee Charged to Non-Smokers…read more My stay was extremely disappointing and reflects a breakdown in basic service standards and billing practices. During the stay, there were no towels available at the pool, daily room cleaning was not provided, parking transactions included additional service fees, and coffee from the lobby/breakfast area carried a $5 charge. These issues were inconvenient, but the primary concern arose after checkout. After departure, I was charged a $300 smoking fee based solely on an air quality and humidity detector reading. I do not smoke. During the timeframe in question, I was using a small water-based clothing steamer to remove wrinkles from clothing after travel. The charge was not disclosed at checkout, and no physical evidence of smoking was provided. Hotel staff acknowledged that these types of sensors can be triggered by factors unrelated to smoking. Despite this, no independent review or investigation was conducted, and no additional evidence beyond the detector reading was provided. I was directed to dispute the charge through my credit card issuer. I escalated the matter to Hilton corporate customer service, but the case was redirected back to the same property without independent review. The General Manager did not respond to multiple outreach attempts, including email and a request for a callback. After researching, I found similar complaints from other guests regarding smoking fee disputes at this property, raising concerns about how these charges are determined and reviewed, and the reliability of the technology being used. I support non-smoking policies; however, issuing significant charges based solely on a sensor reading without supporting evidence or meaningful review is not acceptable. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in both this property and the consistency of issue resolution within the Hilton brand. I would still welcome a fair review of this charge and a good-faith effort to resolve the matter appropriately.
