Overall, we enjoyed our 2-night stay at Four Points. I'll break down all our Pros and Cons. Pros: -BEAUTIFUL! We LOVED all the finishes! Wood, tile, lighting fixtures, etc. Gorgeous and new! -Super CLEAN! -Not terribly far from the airport. Was about a 12 min UBER ride. -There is a Bar and Restaurant on site -Room was great! Comfortable bed and pillows! Lovely bathroom. -Pool -Near a movie theater -Near a restaurant (Toros Cafe) -Coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. Cons: -(understandable BUT) we got there at 2pm and they (unfortunately) couldn't check us in early. -A lady at the front desk wasn't the most friendly -Pool wasn't open yet (mid-April but 90 degrees) -No mini fridge or microwave in the room -At one point in the middle of the night, it sounded like people above us were going to come through the ceiling. Loudly stomping around in boots(???) -Breakfast is available but it's not FREE (boo) No idea on cost because my husband's work paid for our room. We'd definitely recommend! read more

Despite the other mixed Yelp reviews, I had no issues during my stay. This hotel/motel was clean, modern, quiet, and a short ride to the Midland Airport. (7 min) If you don't have GPS, it may be difficult to find, but if you follow Google Maps, you'll be fine. The receptionist was very helpful, even walked up to my room within 3 minutes of my special request. The lobby was super clean -- which is surprising in an oil field town. My first choice was the Baymont Inn - which was within walking distance to the airport. But, seconds after rolling up, it left a bad taste in my mouth. This was an interesting hotel and even more interesting to get to using Uber at 1:30 in the morning. First of all, the hotel is located in an undeveloped part of town by a sketchy railroad crossing and while it is near the airport, is almost impossible to get to. Navigation systems fail and you end up doing massive amounts of U-turns with a frustrated Uber driver to try to find the one weird entrance to this bizarrely designed hotel park. Good luck. My Uber driver was supposed to cost $10 and it ended up costing 28 because of all our U-turns. Once you get there, it is a mixed bag! The room itself is one of the nicest I've stayed in this year. Sleek and modern with an enormous wall-mounted flatscreen TV, the room and the bathroom are well-designed and would be ones you'd want to have in your new home! So the room itself is five stars.... The only issue I had with my room was that the door locking mechanism and slamming sounds were intensely loud. When the neighbor came rolling in drunk at 1:30 AM the next night, it sounded like they were coming into my room making incredible loud noises. of course waking me up...So not the quietest design on the doors. Everything else is just weird. There is a bar/restaurant and room service that have limited hours and limited menu items depending on the mood of the staff. I was there on a Wednesday night and it was free pizza night! And that's kind of cool. The bar/restaurant air conditioning was not working and so it was hot as hell in the area. On top of that for some reason they did not turn on the lights in the bar/restaurant which is just weird. The food is hot and fine and will work for your travel situation but it is not a destination restaurant. Although the hotel has been open for two years, the front desk has severe problems checking people in and it was just a drama and a huge line to check in. Every time I went to the lobby this was the status. Weird. The clientele was oil field workers, young. Millennials and Gen z. This did not feel like a grown-up's hotel. Located about 3 miles from the airport, it cost me $25 to get a cab to the airport at five in the morning. All being in, I probably would not stay here again. read more

Really love the clean fresh beds and unbeatable shower! The pool is small but clean. Happy hour was great and the food in the restaurant is actually really really good! Was here on business but brought the family. Our checkin was delayed a bit but they made up for it with free breakfast and a few free drinks. Overall, it's a nice spot for the night:) read more

Stayed here 3 times now, it's always something. First time, volume on the tv didn't work, maintenance man was offsite. Lady said she would come check it out, never showed. I went downstairs and she was at the bar drinking. AND SHE WAS THE MANAGER. Second time the air conditioner didn't work. (Switched rooms) This time, there's a really loud noise underneath us that sounds like a washing machine but as loud as a helicopter. I called the front desk and she said "i have customers in front of me, when I'm done i will come look" i went downstairs right away to see what was below us, not 1 customer at the counter. Just the front desk guy on the phone. It's been 30 minutes and she hasn't came up. To top it off, while I'm waiting there's a dog in the room across from us that has barked for 5 minutes. What a terrible night at a hotel this has become. I thought 4 points was a nice hotel? I've given them so many chances. Never again will i stay here. read more

This was a terrible experience!! First they "accidentally charge my card $170 for incidentals. Then refuse to make it right. Told me it will get figured out at check out. Dirty grounds including the pool which was filthy. No room service even though they have a full restaurant. The built in shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower is stocked with stuff that smells like men's cologne. Speaking of the shower, there is no pressure at all. If there trying to save water it didn't work. It took me twice as long. The bed was comfortable and the Tv is nice. That's about the only positive. read more

Nice looking hotel from the outside. Conveniently located by Cinergy and Woody's Hideaway for your entertainment and family outings. Has a bar and restaurant located inside the lobby. Rooms are very small, not very well kept. Our sheets were dirty, there was rust under the bathroom counter, a small table had not been wiped off in who knows how long. When we first walked into the room, it looked as though someone had already sat on the bed. We questioned if maybe someone had already been assigned the room. It's what gave you the questionable feeling of, "Should I sleep on this bed or not?" Not sure we will be returning. read more

This is not Sheraton quality. First, the only amenities you are getting is wifi, a work out room and a pool that is the size of a car. Many hotels include breakfast.. this one does not. It is available but for an additional fee. Had I known this prior to booking would not have booked here. It's my kids favorite part. Our room is comfy and clean but the initial smell gave me an awful headache. The shower was broken and mirror was falling apart. Good thing this was a one night stay but after a 6 hr drive I was expecting way better. If ever we return to this area this not a hotel we will stay at. read more

Brand new hotel with Starwood and has a boutique feel with Twist Bar & Restaurant with Chef Nima. Bar is much nicer than other hotels and easy to get to from airport. Would tell my friends. read more

Unfortunately this used to be a 5*, but too many personnel changes (starting at the top) has reduced the score. The restaurant has gone downhill as well as the bar. Hopefully ownership will not try to pinch pennies and get back to the old days. With oil back up, I understand the hotel cost going up, but not the service. read more

Not a bad place in the middle of nowhere. The people working the bar/restaurant were very friendly and had great service! The hotel is nice & not a bad price. But unfortunately something happened that will steer me away from ever staying there again & I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone... I checked into the hotel & went up to drop off a few things in my room, I went down to my car to get the rest of my stuff. When I got back up to my room a few minutes later, I opened the door to find two employees wandering around my room. At first I thought I walked in the wrong room. They said they were doing a "check". I was super sketched out considering I've NEVER ever walked into employees in my room anywhere else I've stayed. My purse was sitting right on the bed!!! Thank goodness I had no cash or valuables inside of it. I was extremely uncomfortable. The lady looked around the room awkwardly & said "you guys got here yesterday?" Which made zero sense considering we just walked in with all our baggage & the room was CLEARLY not used. Beds were made, towels folded, fresh water etc. She then claimed "oops wrong room hahaha my bad". It was super sketchy & unprofessional! Not to mention I had my cat with me & he could have gotten out. I really did not feel safe and was super nervous to leave my room again. Yikes. read more

If I could give a negative number of stars, I would! They didn't have rooms ready that we had prepaid. When we got to the hotel we were informed that we would need to find rooms somewhere else if we wanted a double like we had booked. My go-to for spending the night in Midland. I love this hotel more than others in the area because of the beds. As with most SPG properties, the beds work for me -- perfect firmness with a great pillow top. Also the WiFi is very quick and there is free bottled water in the room. read more

Loved staying here, only SPG property in town (love Starwood points!) and has a good bar and restaurant. It is a new hotel and was actually cheaper than some of the older hotels in Midland (I visit my client often and have tried most, they are tired and boring) for a better experience and stay. read more

The hotel itself is nice and new, very clean and my room was well- appointed. However, no complimentary breakfast was offered ( given that the room cost $135 I had anticipated they would have offered something) and the restaurant service was amateurish; e.g., minor errors in the order; and when I asked for an order of toast to be brought, it was brought by HAND, not on a plate!! So, for that kind of money, I would suspect travellers in Midland can find a more satisfying and hygienic place to stay. read more

It's new and clean but the price is way more than most other four points run with no extras. I called and was quoted $160-180 a night for a room. I was able to book the same room on the spg app for $112. My husband and I are loyal spg members but this rubbed me the wrong way. read more

Booked the 4 points by Sheraton for guests at a wedding. The staff was great! They all enjoyed their stay. Booked a private brunch for the Sunday morning after the wedding. The food was fabulous, it couldn't have been easier or better. The staff was very accommodating and we will definitely use this hotel again. Can't say enough nice things! read more

There is a really nice restaurant / sports bar downstairs. I was having work done in my single bedroom apartment so I got a room. I'm so glad I found a new place to have cocktails with my ladies. It's a classy spot right down the elevator from your room. I was lucky enough to be there on Saturday brunch! Best Bloody Mary bar I have ever been to!!!!! read more

I was in town for work and I was pleasantly surprised with my stay in Midland. This is a nice new hotel with a super friendly staff. (I was greeted by name and with a smile! Always nice after working/traveling all day.) The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I have a bad back, so this was a huge plus for me. We also had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and I ordered room service for breakfast (the egg white omelet was delish!). Convenient, great menu, and my colleague said her cocktail was awesome. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed it by far in a long time. The staff was very attentive and courteous and the rooms were neat and clean. I came to visit a friend in town and I really enjoyed my stay. I really enjoyed the bar and the food was fantastic. I didn't want to leave the hotel to go get food so I figured I would order something from the hotel and it was actually very good food. I have stayed there twice and am fixing to stay there again next week. Clean rooms and attentive friendly staff. The girl who looks after the restaurant at breakfast time is awesome!!! She remembers my name and is very personal. My only frustration is that each time I asked for either Ketchup or Yogurt at breakfast EACH DAY I WAS THERE, they said they were out and its coming on the daily delivery truck. Frustrating AFTER I ordered something that i enjoy ketchup on. I will continue to stay there but probably have dinner somewhere else. The property was relatively new but the cleanliness of our room was unsatisfactory. We are well experienced travelers and check the room before accepting. The bathroom had hair in the corner of the shower and the toilet bowl was nasty (urine stains) We asked to change rooms which was only marginally better. Two stars is being generous. Brand is very important and we thought a Sheraton property would be a "cut above". Disappointing! read more
