You do not get HUNG UP ON by the front staff by insisting on a manger, nothing else but being said you want to speak to the manager, and would only leave your name and number, which is the only that that is important, not a further message because you know it would not be given if you did. EXCEPTIONALLY rude and beyond disbelief. I in fact WANT my $800 back because that type of behavior is not okay. I am VERY VERY UPSET. Now if I had been cussing or calling them names I could see being hung up on, but simply insisting they get the manager because this man at the front desk refuses to acknowledge the plain and simple truth of the information I have is NOT OKAY.
