They were able to accommodate our dog and gave her lots of special attention and playtime. They do not board cats however. Phyllis offered to call a local vet to see if they could keep our cat while we were at the funeral. She helped with those arrangements and saved us a lot of time and heartache. We are in Greenville occasionally and would use their services again without hesitation. The facility was clean and neat, and plenty of outside play area for the animals.

The daily rate is pretty good but they do charge and discount for seemingly random things. When I dropped him off the staff seemed nice. Over the stay, I didn't hear anything from them about him. However, the day I went to pick him up, they called me to say there had been blood in his stool all week and that they didn't call because this was pretty normal for dogs being kennelled. I was concerned that they didn't let me know but I took them at their word. I figured as long as he didn't show any other signs or symptoms we would be okay. When I arrived, I put my dog in the car. It was unlike him but he jumped over the seat and got loose and began running around their parking lot and in the street. I was terrified. Thankfully the staff came out to help me and we were able to get him before anything happened. I wondered if he was acting out or if he'd just become accustomed to playing outside while being kenneled. It was unusual behavior to be sure. I booked their services again but then canceled due to COVID-19. The staff was very accomodating in light of the circumstances and allowed me to cancel without penalty. I was hoping to use that visit to make a more conclusive assessment of their services. For now, 3-stars will have to do.

One young girl that worked there was so sweet to try and calm my nervous dog. Everyone was so nice. Destiny did a wonderful job! My dog's hair cut has never looked this good. She even called to let me know she would be ready within 5-10min. I felt bad I was too early but I was not used to being called ahead of time. I loved she called me ahead of time so next time I will know to not leave when they text or call. Normally groomer calls me late and my dog has been waiting in a crate for a long time. I know it's not their fault they are so busy so we understand. I am already booking my next appt with Destiny she awesome!!
