My dog has been to Kosto's twice. She always looks and smells great. The price is good. I plan to continue taking Lila to Kosto.

My 1-1/2 year old Cat Peanut had a urinary tract blockage but was in otherwise perfect health and…read morevery strong. After being given a Chinese menu of charges and being encouraged to apply for care credit Dr. Tripp, fresh out of School told me she would first try to sedate him and clear his bladder at a particular charge -She failed. Next she said they would have to insert a catheter to drain the bladder and clear the blockage, a pretty standard procedure with relatively low risk according to public information. They assisted me in getting a care credit card to cover the 1500.00 that the procedure cost and 20 minutes after it was approved after waiting for 6 hours for them to get around to doing the procedure she called me to tell me that she had ripped his urethra inserting the catheter and that I would need to be referred to a specialist to save him, otherwise they would have to kill (euthanize) him. SO NOW my care credit card that I couldn't afford in the first place won't even come close to saving him. She blamed it on the blockage but she forced it in anyway without taking her time. A torn urethra occurs in exactly 0.62% of male cats that have this procedure. She put some other doctor on the phone to cheerlead for her and to pretend that this happens all the time. Now my beloved pal, Peanut, who I saved as a kitten running around crying in a parking lot is dead and I didn't even get to say goodbye. Dr. Tripp is incompetent.
