During the preparation phase, she did her own inspection of the house to get ahead of any serious issues. Throughout the selling process she and her team held ten days of open houses, and over 50 individual showings. She followed up with many of them, as well with other agents to get a feel for how the market was doing. When we got an offer, she tried to make the closing and negotiations as smooth as possible, and tried to handle most of the stressful things behind the scenes. After 20 minutes went by, I texted Maverick to ask why he was not there. He texted me back that he was busy and wanted to meet later in the day. I had already changed my plans for the day to accommodate him and already wasted 40 minutes for Maverick (I still had a 20 minute drive to get home). I decided not to waste any more time dealing with Mr. Maverick, so I chose not to sell these items to him.
