This would have been a solid 4 stars, but the final price was $120, which is more than I've come to expect for an oil change (even for synthetic oil). I had an unfortunate experience with a previous mechanic that left me with some unnecessary extra costs with a car I was in the middle of selling. They were very sympathetic and kept the cost as low as possible while explaining why each part/step was required along the way. Their knowledgable communication made me feel like I could trust them entirely, which was tough in the face of the skepticism created from my previous experience at a different shop. I can not recommend this crew enough. They went above and beyond!
