She takes time to listen to me and shares real time progress with me. She also gives me great tips on how I can help him at home, every time we come. Originally, my son's pediatrician referred us to CHKD for occupational therapy but they never returned my calls or the pediatrician's calls. I asked for a referral elsewhere and we found this gem. They immediately contacted me and we were able to schedule an assessment within a week. After having fought with CHKD for 3 months it was such a relief to have a person call me and talk to me.
