Don't waste your time. They're not ready for prime time yet. Good phone customer service but blew it on the follow through. Never even showed up to give me a quote. I guess they're so successful they don't need new business. It's cool, I moved on. I don't waste time with outfits who waste my time.
...and I don't even care what their excuse for not showing up was. It's not how you treat customers, and not how you do business. See my other review for who to call when you need tree services.
Edit for the below response: so here's an example of what I'm taking about: the owner below says I declined services "a couple of hours" after 11AM, yes, yelp's system said the message I sent declining their services was sent at 1:39 PM. They were supposed to be there at 11, per his cheery phone person, so what's wrong with that? That phone person who called me after 6PM, booking this for next day, so who knows what he's talking about re his scheduling, told me "it didn't matter" that I couldn't be there and they'll just show up and do an estimate and send it to me later. Ok sure. Of course, I've done this enough to not trust the contractor, so I got someone there who waited 45 minutes. No show: which is what I thought would happen. And no "sorry we missed you follow up." And another note: I never canceled or declined the estimate. Maybe his cheery phone person should pay more attention, and giggle less?
Isn't it nice to know that the owner knows absolutely nothing about how his business runs? Or maybe he does and, speculating, he's just lying and misrepresenting the truth (which can be proven in screen shots and phone notes) so he can try to look good? Who knows... And "misunderstanding on your end" is never anything you tell a customer when you lost their business (because oh that will just inspire me to come rushing back). You just look like a douche. Doesn't matter lost my business pretty fast. Watch yourself with these folks, they clearly need some schooling on what "high quality" customer service actually means. You'll have to babysit. read more
