I can't rate it any higher and in fact debated going 3 stars. Purely because they decorated the changing rooms recently. Great! However why bother doing all the walls to leave the horrid, mouldy at the edges shower floors. Also the hair dryers are awful and the bubble pool, who wants cold bubbles? It has a very friendly atmosphere and some of the machines this gym has are unique compared to other gyms. as its not part of a chain, the prices are very cheap whether you're a member or 'pay and play'. You're also able to use the squash courts and swimming pool through this gym and they have control of the dance studio too where they host many of the classes.
