I came back to this office and they honored that quote and I had a wonderful experience on a very invasive surgery. Dr. Petroche is a absolute professional. She was very straightforward in preparing me for my treatment and leading up to my surgery. During my surgery, she went above and beyond. I appreciated the phone call from her the next day and the follow up visit. The office staff are kind and the lobby is simple w coffee and WiFi (might be nice if they had a more extensive/comfortable waiting area for the partners during surgery).

Where to start....I have received treatment from Dr. Richardson when she was with Perfect Teeth…read moreover 10 years ago. I had an implant done, and was very happy back when it was done. I (CAPITAL/BOLD) Mismanaged my treatment plan laid out by Dr. Richardson, deployed twice to Iraq, and decided to only have a temp crown for over 10 years. This resulted in bone loss which my general dentist would not load down the implant with a permanent crown as it would have been a waste of money. I returned to Dr. Richardson and started a new treatment plan. She removed my old implant, performed a bone graft, and then a new implant 4 months later. First, lets break down the procedures. For the most part painless, and if there was pain it was taken care of immediately. Everything was discussed, questions answered, and clear communication throughout the entire process. I had a special circumstance as I was in the middle of a transition and moving across the country. Dr. Richardson went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, and requests. I have never seen a specialist work so closely with my general dentist on a treatment plan to work things out so that I could transition back home. The communication between her and my general (who is also about to get a stellar review) is something I am still speechless about. I am still not out of the woods yet as my implant has only been in for two weeks, but everyone who has seen the placement, x-rays, etc said it looks perfect. Second, let's talk about all the negative reviews on price, payment, etc. My general statement is "You get what you pay for". Are these treatments typically pricey, YES! If I cared about price I would drove my happy butt down to Mexico, cross the border (and my fingers), and get an implant in Tijuana. I however care more about the effectiveness, safety, and care I receive. For the people who think they hide prices, or are money hungry are just complete ignorant and wrong. I was communicated with every step of the way of what things were going to cost, etc. Also when they found out that my insurance was not going to cover a penny of my treatment plan it was communicated with me immediately to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Last I have to give a shoutout to the entire staff in Dr. Richardson's office! The front desk ladies are the best! Friendly, helpful, always willing to pick up the phone and get questions answered that needed to be answered. To the back office trying to get insurance companies to do anything to help me out. To all of Dr. Richardson's dental assistants who assisted with my surgery and appointments. Everyone greets you with a smile, and has a warm welcome. Hats off to the entire staff in that office for what they do. For anyone who has had a bad experience with them let me give you a word of advice. Treat someone well and with respect, and it will be reciprocated. Treat someone like a jerk and you should be kicked in the face and have to receive more dental work. I have had a lot of dental work since I was 8 years old (Yes I was that kid). So take it from me with all the offices I have seen over the years. There is no where else I will go to have perio work done. Yes that means FLYING ACROSS THE COUNTRY to be seen and treated by Dr. Richardson.

BEWARE! Thank goodness I found out Dr. Walker, was an incompetent liar BEFORE I let him perform…read moreirreversible procedures on my mouth! He promised to confer with my personal doctor 2 weeks before my procedure. Even though I told him how important this pre-procedure conference was, and him promising he would do it immediately, two days before my procedure I discovered he had failed to do it. So I let him know immediately and was promised a call back in 5 minutes. Three hours later I was called back, of course now my doctor is no longer available, and Dr. Walker promised again to talk to my doctor directly. Two days later, right before the procedure, I asked him if he talked to my doctor, he said yes. But what he was saying was nothing like what my doctor had told me? It wasn't until I caught him with a slip of the tongue that I realized that he did not actually confer with my doctor as he claimed, instead he simply spoke to the assistant and lied about it! So he failed to call as promised, then lied about it when he finally did, but the worst part is that he actually got what they told him wrong! After talking to my doctor's assistant they confirmed they told him exactly what I told him the doctor advised, but he didn't even care enough to get that right! So, due to Dr. Walker's incompetence, there was an error that could have easily been fixed. But, because of his arrogance, dishonesty and lack of integrity it snowballed into me refusing to continue. Why would anyone let an incompetent, immoral man, who can't even make a simple phone call, put a knife in their mouth? If you had a successful procedure with this man, count yourself lucky. If you have an appointment coming up, CANCEL IT!

I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. The price is affordable compared to other dentists and they make sure they bill insurance correctly to ensure the insurance covers as much as possible and your portion is reasonable. The doctors and several staff members have been at this office and location for over 18 years. After having some traumatic experiences in past the care I received here was exceptional.

I had it fixed at a different dentist back where I live, this was on a Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday of the same week, 4 days later the entire filling popped out. I didn't even make an appointment with this Comfort Dental, I literally walked in and asked if they'd be able to just do a quick reattachment of the old molding. They had me checked in within the same hour! I went back and the staff were so kind to understand my frustration with getting a bonding 4 days prior, as well as X-Rays, etcetera. Unfortunately the old bonding was not able to be reattached, and they made a whole new bonding. They made the price very affordable, helping me out where they could. They took their time and amazing technique, improving on certain areas the previous Dentist failed to do. I was very lucky that I came across them, as I was in a very tight spot but God willing I found Comfort Dental, Dr. Murray Jacob's and his assistant were both professionals and absolute crafts at their jobs.
