Two quick anecdotes - For half the closing process we were two hours south which made it very difficult for us to pop up even for important events. For the other half of closing we were on our honeymoon in another state. Anne and Cassandra went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during this critical closing period. They made sure our inspections, walk-throughs and all the stuff you don't expect went off without a hitch. Cassandra would pop over and facetime us for when we had a question about any little thing. They provided a thorough list of high-quality inspectors and contractors then offered to be the ones to let those workers into the home while we were hours away. Even after closing they are still helping! Just recently a neighbor who didnt have our number called Cassanda to say they saw water streaming down our driveway. Again we were two hours away which was very stressful. Without even having to ask, Cassandra offered to pop over to check out the scene. In the end it was was actually a neighbor's hose that had been left on. A huge relief, and a massive help. We have a dozen examples like that from the process. Who does that? Complete fraud!! I see why now she didn't respond with my request to cancel 2 days later! She already opened an account and paid herself $5500! I had no knowledge until I got a letter from Synchrony saying "our request for credit increase was denied!" What?? What increase?? She even requested an increase without my knowing the account was even opened! The audacity! I have since reported account as fraud, had to call all credit bureaus, and filled claim with BBB. I will also be going to file police report once I obtain statement of charges to credit card! Now, she is sending cheap threats to put a lien on my home for work she never provided! She is a lying scam artist! Do not trust this company or Lee the Contractor! She claims she had her "engineers and architect work so hard and plans were already submitted by Monday" after canceling the Friday before. Again a lie as I went to the LADBS and no plans were there or ever submitted! Still till this day she has not returned my original plans and ignores my text as a homeowner, only responding and threatening my young 26 year old fiancé. I will be filing criminal and civil charges! I have all evidence of her lies on my phone. She is an evil scam artist! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST!
