There are a few changing rooms in the back and they do carry a few different brands other than their own. You can sign up for their email list as well when you check out in order to accumulate points on your purchases. My friend and I both bought the Motorola Hint - we'd paid a bit more for it than if we had waited and bought it in the U.S. Staff was very nice. They call the bikes valley bikes, but to me it's a simple hardtail mountain bike with a front shock. We rode around all the recommended paths to see lakes and it took 3 hours. 90% of the trails are paved. There are hills! They provide a helmet and kept my bad. Bikes have a water bottle holder.
