My car broke down on I-66 and the driver, George, who came to help me was great. Considering the location and traffic, he got to me in a good time, very friendly and helpful, we had a good ride and he was upfront about costs which I appreciated. 10/10 George also took me home, even though he didn't have to, which was such a big help! Thank you!! read more

Conflicting information depending on who you speak to here. The dispatcher was so extremely rude and unprofessional that I would never use their service no matter how good they are. read more

Well Stephen is a great assest to the company with his great customer service! But justin was a horrible person to even consider calling, the unprofessional manner on how he even answered the phone to even how dispatched his driver to Jumpstart my car, plus his price range to do so! I would not recommend his "bi**h*Ness to his customers even to his employees is beyond me! A respectable boss, even a business owner would respect his customers even too his OWN employees! His value to the towing industry is beyond what I expected! read more

Anthony did a great job on the tow was very considerate and generous with his time he did all that he could do and he took very good care of me while I was in his care from where I broke down to the garage. I took my car too he was very polite and she couldn't ask for a better person to tell your car. He was there within literally five minutes. I would always call them back just for that reason they were very reasonable with their rates. I would definitely tell my friends and family to use Fosters. read more

Blew a tire about a mile & half past the high school Saturday night. The road is twisty and no room for error. People driving with high beams on. Totally blinded. Barely went off the pavement, no damage except a blown tire. Geico tried to send out a towing co from Manassas for some reason and kept getting hung up on. ( prob cause that's about 35/40 min from my town and it was 10pm). I Yelped for towing company in my town, found Foster's towing. Called. I advised my location which was 2 miles from the towing company. Guy came and loaded up my vehicle in a short amount of time. Very hospitable. We chatted while he drove me and my car to Warrenton Tire and Auto. We dropped my car off and he took me the rest of the way home which was .5 miles from there. Totally local. Service was $75. Not bad at all. I paid outta pocket. I was glad Foster's was available. read more

Called Foster's for them to transport my $50,000 rollaway toolbox. Very polite receptionist handled call smoothly. Quick response time J.J. the rollback driver was very polite and knowledgeable securing box meticulously for safe delivery. Greatful they gave me peace of mind in the moving process. Thanks Foster's! read more

Definitely 5-star. Long-time family owned and run, have used many times, excellent service every time.

The owner (my apologies for not remembering his name but I was a little stressed out) came to meet us well after 9pm at the lot so we could empty the wreck and not have to make another 3-hr drive down from PA. He was so nice and took the time to talk to my husband and keep him occupied so he didn't hurt himself any more and so my son and I could move everything over. I can't thank him enough for that! If I lived near there, I'd absolutely be calling them if I ever needed help. read more

I needed have my old Volvo towed to a dealership because other work that had to be done to it and my battery died so the car was not drive-able. Called Foster's at about 9 am and they came at about 1:30 pm, which is when they indicated they would be at my residence. After struggling to get the car into to neutral because of the low voltage/battery condition, Dan the driver had to jump my car twice as there was no manual override to put the transmission into neutral and it had to pulled onto the flatbed tow truck in neutral. It was rather frustrating even having the dealership on the phone trying to figure out where the transmission override was, but due to Dan's persistence we were able to get the car up on the truck and it was towed. I didn't make an online appointment I just called them and Mr. Foster quoted me a fair price to have the car towed. Due to their professionalism and promptness, I will always call on Foster's for jump start or a tow if I need one, and recommend them to others I know. read more

I was shocked at the experience I had today. We waited over 3 hours to find out the company had issues with the trucks and never contacted the insurance company helping me with my tow. Now, we have to wait even longer for a tow truck to come help us. Seriously disappointed. read more

The kind lady at Foster's saved my a*@ today when my truck broke down and left me and my horse stranded and terrified. Fast, very friendly, and accommodating.
