5-Stars for Excellent Customer Service and a quality install of my new roof in April 2022. * Note:…read moreThere is a continuing shingle shortage, from 2020 to the present, as a byproduct of the pandemic mfg. issue. My house inspector, Todd Arnold re-walked my roof and confirmed my suspicion that the roof needed to be replaced due to some severe storms. I got several bids. With the exception of Gillmeister Roofing, all of the other contractors indicated it would be a 4-6 month wait for shingles. (I wanted Class 4, 30-year OC Weatherguard HP shingles to withstand heat and wind). The Gillmeisters hopped right on ordering the shingles with a prepayment by me. The shingles were received and installed in four weeks from the placement of the order. Wahoooo! While waiting for the shingles to come in, two more high-wind storms passed through, and shingles went flying. Kyle Gillmeister came out and replaced 20 shingles on my roof, to hold me until the new roof could be installed. That was above and beyond. * The crew, led by Hector, came in, did a great job with the removal, sheathing prep, and new shingle install. It was pristine when they were done - it was as if they had never been there. They swept the ground with a magnet to locate any stray nails. * I am very happy with their work as are my neighbors, my home inspector, and my real estate agent, who had all recommended the Gillmeister Roofing company to me. * Mark Gillmeister Roofing has well over a 20+ year track record of excellence. I would absolutely recommend Rolando and his crew at RM Roofing.

Highly recommend EMC Remodeling!…read more We had wasps find a hole in our siding and make a nest. We had to rip out some of our soffit to get them out, and in doing so left a big hole that squirrels and possum started getting into. So we wanted to fix that, as well as go around the entire house and caulk up any other little holes to prevent wasps from doing it again in the future, along with keeping other bugs out. I reached out to 10+ companies/contractors and quite a few wouldn't do it because it was too small of a project. Then only 2 of 5 of them came out the day they said they would. Of those two, only EMC understood exactly what I was asking for and even found a piece of rotting wood under a window that needed to be replaced (the other company said our siding looked great and didn't need any other repairs ). And when the quotes came in EMC was significantly less expensive despite doing more work, since the other company was only repairing the soffit while EMC repaired that, caulked areas all along the house that needed caulking, and replaced that piece of wood. After I paid the bill, they got me in their schedule quickly and kept me updated on any changes as the weather caused some delays. Once here, they got everything fixed in less than a day, painted and cleaned up, and gave reccs on what else needs updating soon. Overall they were extremely knowledgeable, did great work, easy to communicate with, and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back to them if we need help on our next project.
