Being a tourist ht spot, there are many different nationalities coming in to get photos developed and to but photo equipment. This means that customers also have to be patient sometines and it does take time to get served. however, once there, i would want to take advice from anyone else as the staff are so knowledgable. Parking is impossible as it is rightnext to Mark & Spencers but if you are in Stratford for the day this place is easy to find and to get to. there are some steep steps at the front so not ideal for buggies and prams etc
