I needed some retail therapy from a long day of work. Decided to stop into fossil, and see if they had anything I might want to buy. I focused on the watches, since it's something that can be paired with any outfit. I was greeted as soon as I came threw the door and the sale associate, informed me what sales were going on this week. Love the fact how I wasn't being rushed or watched. I would not advise purchasing anything from Fossil, as all of the stores in the Las Vegas area have closed; therefore, if you purchase online you must return online. The Fossil return policy states that they will return an item if for any reason you are unhappy; however, they do not tell you once you ship the item back you are completely on your own. I returned two items using the FedEx label provided to me by Fossil. The package is apparently lost, as the tracking number is not in the system. Fossil's Customer Service will not provide any assistance, as the tracking number is not in the system. I spoke with a Juan at Fossil and afterwards he sent me an email indicating that since the tracking number is not in the system, I would be losing the money that I paid for the order?!? After receiving no help from Fossil, I tried to contact FedEx. I am unable to get beyond the automated system, as my tracking number isn't in the system. So, Fossil is no help and I am unable to speak with an actual person at Fedex. I will never purchase anything from Fossil again, which is unfortunate. Maybe the poor customer service is the reason stores are closing. Quality Customer Service goes a very long way. BUYER BEWARE read more

Wanted to replace my watch, but I wasn't willing to just buy an accessory online with the chance I might actually hate it, which led me to visit the North Premium Outlet Center. I should add that their location at the South Outlet Center recently closed. Dang. Not only is their location closer to Downtown Las Vegas, making it prime for tourists (negative for me), but they now charge for parking. Yeah, that should tell you how long it's been for me to actually shop at an outlet/mall. Like any local will tell you - it's a negative. Anyway... I actually had a good experience here. Granted that I had to be more patient than usual 'cause I noticed how short staffed they were, but when I was being helped, it was good. The reps gave great recommendations, answering my questions about the different hybrid smartwatches they had available. They were even upfront with issues they've encountered for certain watches - I can always appreciate honest feedback. For someone that didn't want to just have their phone on their wrist, their hybrid smartwatch is great! Love the classic look, and features that allow me to set the limits on which notifications to receive (e.g., texts from fave contacts). Fossil is a brand that is recognized as being stylish, hip, and it looks good too. Why pay for the brand at regular price ($80- $125 for watches seen at department stores like Macys), when you can get it all here for way less- watches (including other brands like DKNY and Adidas), leather wallets, leather purses (the sale prices can be high since the retail price is generally pretty up there and the bigger purses can be pretty heavy, just a warning), canvas bags, leather wristlets, belts, jewelry, and sunglasses (except clothes- check the website for that- on a rare occasion, there will be a rack of clothing)- sometimes you will see other accessories like scarves and cosmetic cases. There are many items on the floor that you can touch and feel for yourself but there are items in the glass cases- like the three band watch bundle (just ask an associate for assistance). Battery replacements for Fossil watches cost $10.00 BTW. The largest selection of the items are the watches; especially the ones marked $39.99- usually on three tables and in stacks and stacks. Whenever I browse, I always see several styles/colors/bands that catch my eye. Everything is neatly arranged. The store is always clean. The staff always greet you as you enter. One of the managers there knows us because we are frequent customers. (But my husband has more Fossil watches than I do.) I came in the store with my family this evening to buy a watch for some last minute christmas shopping, was appalled by isabelle's customer service. she thought it would've been an amazing idea to say we look homeless. for some context we were joking with one another and she thought it would've been a great idea to chip in with a completely unrelated and offensive comment. also for reference if Isabelle didn't give me her real name, she GENUINELY looks homeless. if your going to work at a higher end store take at least a little pride in your appearance and wash ur f***ing hair and maybe cut ur nails once in awhile. read more

Ahh some things are truly meant to be. I am that girly girl that loves the color pink. What can I say? It's my favorite my color :). I guess it'll be easy for you to guess what color watch I was looking for when I went to this this Fossil location a month ago. I had spotted this super cool DKNY watch I had previously seen in an ad on Lucky magazine. I saw these watches in different colors but alas no pink. Green, check. Black, check. Gray, check. Purple, check. Pink, no. No pink watch...till..drumroll please...my second trip here! This second time I had no plan of buying a watch. I was just at the Fossil store browsing and waiting for my aunt and uncle. I was starting to help them pick out watches when all of a sudden I see it! The exact DKNY watch I saw in the magazine and it was in pink! Haha..so meant to be :). This Fossil store truly rocks! Now I know you may not all love pink like I do...but have no fear. Was ignored by 3 associates when I was waiting to buy a $30 wallet. They were focused on a customer next to me buying $400 in watches. He had question after question when I'm just waiting to buy my wallet but yet every associate that walks by tends to him. I understand he has a bigger purchase but I been standing here for 5 minutes not even being looked at when everybody goes to a customer that already has 3 people tending to him. Had a great shopping experience here. Okay, maybe it doesn't take much to please me, but I really enjoyed shopping at this Fossil store. I've been a fan of fossil products for around 20 years, and most of it due to sentimental meaning. Hubby and I were in the area, just checking out what was new here, and I started eyeing the Fossil store. They won't have the latest bags, but they'll definitely have the previous seasons' designs, which I was perfectly happy about. Ended buying a new purse, a small bag, and two charms. Was around 50-60% off the entire purchase by the time I was done. And, the 8.1% sales tax, while a little higher than what I have at home, it wasn't too bad of a tax hike. Service was just awesome. I was helped by 3 or 4 different sales reps, and they were all very helpful, accommodating, provided suggestions and comments when I needed them, and were not pushy in any way. Do check the amounts they ring you up on, though! Even though the 50% or 60% discounts should automatically be applied to the purchased item, but barcode does not always read that in the system. They will happily check on the prices for you, especially if it is a mistake in their system, so just calculate your purchases beforehand to have an idea of how much each item will be. It'll definitely be a reward when you see what you got and for the price, instead of finding out a few hundred miles away. read more

THE EMPLOYEES HERE SEEM TO BE RACIALLY BIASED! I went inside and notice there was a group of African Americans being helped by an employee. I'm black and I didn't not want to be confused as being with them so I walked to the other side of the counter so the associate would not confuse me with them. I'm standing there waiting for my turn and another group of people walk in and and she leaves the group of African Americans ( who were still thinking about which watch they wanted to buy) and went to help the new customer. Then another customer comes in and she helps them as well, then another. By the time the third customer comes in and is serviced the original group of African Americans stare at me and say loudly why didn't they help you l? You were here before the other customers came in. The second the the associate hears this she tries to back track and say I thought you were all together. Lady no you didn't, there's no way you could have I walked in and walked past them without uttering a damn word to those people the only reason we are soaking to each other now is because she noticed what I noticed, that you passed up on helping me to help someone else because you assumed that the black guy knew the other black people in the store. Maybe I had something else to do and did not want to wait in the store for twenty minutes before being seen because of your assumptions. It's kind of sad that another person of color, ( the associate was Asian, Filipino by the accent I know because my wife is Filipino) would do that I would never assume if the shoe were on the other foot that just because I'm speaking to her and her family and another Asian person walked in that they knew each other. That was frustrating and annoying and a waste of my time. I only came into the store to have my wife's batteries changed not to be disrespected. read more

When you purchase a Michael Kors or Emporio Armani watch, you are basically buying a Fossil. The reason why is that most handbag and apparel fashion houses don't have time to put together their own watch designs out of scratch. Very few of them do, and they outsource their design elements to people like Fossil. For example, Fossil builds Michael Kors watches while Movado makes Coach watches. Ask the full price stores themselves if you don't believe me. Anyways, that being said, Fossil employees are alot more knowledgeable about the warranty details of YOUR WATCH from Michael Kors or Armani than the original retailer themselves. They usually can provide replacement straps on the spot, reinstall batteries, while offering to mail your broken watch to the warehouse if the issue is more complicated. I have two broken Fossil based watches and this store resolved all of them. They mailed my Michael Kors watch back to their warehouse and sold me a strap for my Fossil Twist after the original one broke. The manager merely glanced at my broken wrist strap and immediately identified it as a 22mm strap. Thats a whole lot better of a response than hearing "Call the number" from the warranty card of your watch that you have inevitably lost. Remember when you purchased a brand spanking new car stereo for your car and they gave you that stupid remote? Who the hell uses that? read more

I have had a lot of stressful situations come to me when it comes to watches (via unbeknownst jumping into pools and smashed glass faces). Every time I come to this store, they help set up a deal for me that either replaces the watch entirely or even offer discounts on newer watches. And the manager is very nice and sweet, she has always been there to help me out and hasn't let me down yet. 5/5, I would always recommend Fossil watches, I've been wearing them for years! read more

They have some pretty cool, unique watches for under $50. I've bought two watches from this store since living in Las Vegas, and both have gotten some positive comments from people that have seen them. In fact, it may almost be time to add another Fossil watch to my collection! read more

Fantastic! I love fossil and I've used the brand for a long time, just popped into the store to see what's new. I asked about warranty on the watch I had, a rose gold pink back. I wear it regularly and it was starting to tarnish. I showed it to one of the associates and the manger marcell overheard and said she had a similar problem and replaced the watch with a gold white back!
