They label phô as "noodle soup" on their menu and unlike the many other Vietnamese restaurants I have been to in my lifetime, I can genuinely appreciate a menu like this one where they break down every ingredient for you and label their dishes in simple words that are easier to read and pronounce. My mother-in-law took me here today to eat a late lunch and I couldn't be more thankful because it truly hit the spot and fulfilled my curiosity about the place. Everything we ordered was delivered in a timely manner with a smile. As someone who has been eating Vietnamese food since I was a child growing up during my summers in NYC, I had high expectations and the meatball phô was superb and the spring roll appetizer was delicious! I definitely plan on coming back in the future and trying more on their menu.

The food came out piping hot and fresh. Both dishes were tasty and reasonably nice portions. The Pad See Ew did not have a lot of pork, however it was fresh and good flavor. I ordered medium spicy and it came out perfect. The Basil ground pork dish had a lot of green beans and not much of the basil flavor I expected but it was fresh and flavorful. I would probably hold the green beans next time but that's my preference. Overall, everything was very good and hit the spot. I would like to try some other dishes next visit. I would give it a strong 4.2 if I could rate in between 4 and 5. Also note our service was excellent and the server made numerous visits to check on us. Thanks

Nice that what Vegetable were there were snow peas and broccoli but the amount there made it look like an afterthought. The dish itself had very little flavor so not a great dish. I can cover both the General Tso and Orange Chicken in the same paragraph. Pro tip on both and maybe all their dishes. There were zero vegetables in the dish, it was all fried Chicken with the correct sauce. On the plus side if you want nothing but heavily breaded fired chicken, both of these dishes will be right up your ally. From a value perspective this great, but if you want a normal Chinese dish that includes vegetables, you must order and pay for it separately. I also recommend you order extra sauce. There was plenty of leftovers that we could have eaten for the next day or two, but neither one of us were happy enough with the dishes so we tossed out the rest.
