The pick up from the airport seemed seamless. They called him once his plane landed and told him where to meet them. We also received a confirmation email and text with the drivers name and phone shortly before the pick up. I think day before. The ride home was a bit of a challenge. The few times I tried calling Cloud no one actually answered. I left a voicemail and they called back within 30 min of each call but sometimes you have an emergency and need an answer now. We did not receive a confirmation text or email on the pick up ride to the airport and my boss was calling me 5 after to ask where they were. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back. A bit better communication would be nice/expected for an executive service. The pricing seemed decent for the area and when I did get to talk to people they were very friendly.

My flight was about a week away and I received a few texts just confirming the date and time they would arrive. And the car (a shiny black Cadillac Escalade) arrived at exactly the time they said it would. Our driver was very pleasant and professional, handling our bags and opening doors. He advised he is a small business and that this was an oversight, which is understandable. Original review- I booked a ride to the airport for my mom on Dec 31 for Jan 4, total of $78.00. I paid since that is required by the site to book. I immediately received a cancellation since the driver was booked for that day and time which is fine- but fast forward to today and I see on my credit card statement that this place never refunded my $78. I tried calling, no response- I tried email, it gets kicked back.
