    I went to Kroger in Horn Lake today, 1/10/26 to get the Cranberry Ginger Ale. The sign clearly…read moreread Buy 4 Get 2 free. I placed eight of the Cranberry Ginger Ale packs in my cart which meant four would be free. When the cashier checked out my items the total indicated two packs would be free. I told her that the sign says two are free with a purchase of four. She said no so I requested that someone go to the area and check the sign which two individuals did go back and checked the sign. I was correct and a man brought the sign back with him. He said that the sale had expired. It is not my fault that the sign was expired and they had not removed the sign. It should not be the customers responsibility to know what is on sale and what is not and I let them know it. The cashier then asked should I give her the items for the price and he said yes. The man said yes so she changed the price to allow me to purchase four of the Ginger Ale's for free. I placed my card in the card reader to pay for them. A lady then said no she cannot purchase the items .for that price because that sale has expired. I explained I am purchasing based on the sign in your store. The lady was very RUDE and said we cannot let you have those items for that price over ruling the man. I told the cashier that it is not my fault that their sign is wrong. I was very disgusted and walked out the store leaving AL:L eight of the Ginger Ale packs in the cart. The unprofessionalism at this store was soooo bad that I do not intend to return. As a prior Manager for numerous years I would never have treated ANY customer in this manner. The manager also said that ALL Kroger stores do not have the same price. That is news to me because this is the first time I have ever experienced this type of situation and they need individual store flyers if this is true. Ver poorly managed store!!! I will make sure that Kroger corporate is aware of the situation that I experienced as this management team definitely needs additional customer service training!!!

At least once every month, my delivery order is canceled, often at the last minute, leaving me scrambling to make other arrangements. As a paying Walmart+ customer, I specifically pay for the convenience and reliability of delivery, yet Walmart consistently fails to provide either. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of meaningful resolution. Every time this happens, customer service offers the same generic apology and a small $10 credit, as if that somehow compensates for the inconvenience, wasted time, and disruption caused by a canceled grocery order. It doesn't. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with Walmart, yet I am treated as though my time has no value. If Walmart knows there are staffing shortages, driver shortages, or fulfillment issues in certain markets, then stop overpromising delivery windows that cannot be met. I should not have to wonder every month whether my order will actually arrive. A service that fails this frequently is not a premium membership service. Walmart needs to address the root cause of these cancellations, improve accountability, and provide better solutions for loyal customers who are repeatedly affected. At this point, I am seriously questioning why I continue paying for Walmart+ when the service I am paying for cannot be delivered consistently. Do better.
