My main issue was that the price of each item was not clearly shown on the label of each product. In addition, a description and price of each individual product purchased was not listed on the sales receipt. It was also not easy to determine who was employed there and available to answer questions. The young lady who worked as the cashier was not cordial or engaging and didn't appear to be thrilled to be at work. She spent most of her time looking at her cell phone. I am considered "old school" and grew up at a time when cell phones were not available for use. I am also employed by a company that prioritizes engaging the customer. The use of cell phones is not permitted while working.

I make homemade beauty products, so I can get my essential oils, glass bottles and carrier oils at a reasonable price. I love the selection of vitamins, wholistic products and accessories too. The have apparel, plant based protein powders and a smoothie bar with a large menu. The staff is very knowledgeable of their merchandise. I had several of the staff offered to assist me during my visit there. They even made recommendations that cost less than the items I had selected. It appears they aren't money driven but want their customer to have the best item for their needs. My next visit I'll have a list of what I need so I'm better prepared. Well, today I saw on Facebook they had a fruit cup with chocolate and pistachio syrup. Okay, I'm down for that! Omg... it's amazing! The chocolate is so rich and creamy. Their strawberries and blueberries were just ripe and perfect. The little crunch pieces give it so much extra flavor too. It's a bit overwhelming and the pistachio flavor did get lost in the chocolate. The quality definitely reflects the price though. Now, would I come back and get this again knowing it's $13.99 for a small cup? I'm still debating that. Maybe every once in a while when I have a craving for some GOOD quality chocolate. The lady there was very sweet and she gave my son a chocolate square that had some crushed nuts in it. So much better than any milk chocolate I've had. I placed eight of the Cranberry Ginger Ale packs in my cart which meant four would be free. When the cashier checked out my items the total indicated two packs would be free. I told her that the sign says two are free with a purchase of four. She said no so I requested that someone go to the area and check the sign which two individuals did go back and checked the sign. I was correct and a man brought the sign back with him. He said that the sale had expired. It is not my fault that the sign was expired and they had not removed the sign. It should not be the customers responsibility to know what is on sale and what is not and I let them know it. The cashier then asked should I give her the items for the price and he said yes. The man said yes so she changed the price to allow me to purchase four of the Ginger Ale's for free. I placed my card in the card reader to pay for them. A lady then said no she cannot purchase the items .for that price because that sale has expired. I explained I am purchasing based on the sign in your store. The lady was very RUDE and said we cannot let you have those items for that price over ruling the man. I told the cashier that it is not my fault that their sign is wrong. I was very disgusted and walked out the store leaving AL:L eight of the Ginger Ale packs in the cart. The unprofessionalism at this store was soooo bad that I do not intend to return. As a prior Manager for numerous years I would never have treated ANY customer in this manner. The manager also said that ALL Kroger stores do not have the same price.
