To this date, we have not been contacted by a supervisor. Remember that we were assured that we would be able to inspect the granite before installation and were never contacted for an inspection. What can be done?? Probably nothing but the customer service person, John Cassady was not what I would expect from a home town business. My bad. I trusted the company. Look at the Pics and decide.
