There was no water available on the course. They had the little huts, but no coolers inside. It was 90 degrees today. No drink cart on the course. No water on the course. That's insane. The course is still challenging and fun to play, but seriously...it could be so much better. Especially considering the location it's in. They seem to be riding on the fumes of the reputation they had decades ago.

Not listing that on the site is messed up in my opinion. There were two incredibly slow groups in front of us behind the tournament that actually played slower than the tournament. I watched the guy in front of us playing in a foursome hit 8 shots before he reached 100 yards on a par 5. Not once did a marshal come around and tell them to pick up the pace or keep up with the group in front of them. Not one marshal to be found. $107 per person to golf here and a 6 hour round. Nice! The course was built in 1968 and designed Jack Fleming. Napa GC is an 18-hole full service championship daily fee golf course with (a little dated) practice facilities consisting of an 8,500 sf putting green, chipping green, and 22 stall driving range with synthetic mats. The clubhouse has merchandise from golf balls to clubs. Napa GC offers golf lessons from PGA Class A Professionals on staff, with year round adult and youth lesson programs for players of all skill.
