Apparently when your exhaust vent is inside the house you cannot use an air freshener around it. Which we were not made aware of. One guy came out and said that the whole system was set up wrong and after he messed around with it, it started working. A couple months later we get a bill for $3,000!!! On a heating system they did not install correctly. We said we were not paying it because THEY were the ones that did not do their jobs correctly. They threatened us with a lean on the house if we did not pay the bill. After I had my father talk to them, they brought it down to a little over $1,000 for the bill. On something that they did not install correctly to begin with.

He referred me to Chris. I called Chris this morning, and he made time in his schedule today to come here to fix this mess! The sink is draining now. We gave up. This week our dryer died. We called AHS and they once again assigned Patriot. Patriot did not call us within the promised 24 hour period. We gave up on them and are buying a new dryer. It will be less taxing than dealing with poor customer service.

He improperly installed a heat pump at my parents home and within a year it broke down twice. He was to busy to help my parents when they needed him. Good enough to install and make money off them but to busy to take care of then. When I called him out on it he told me to go f#@k myself and hung up on me. Not a good person at all and I hope karma catches up to him. You do not take advantage of people in their mid 70's and treat them poorly. Shame on you Mr. Demmons!
