We gave up. This week our dryer died. We called AHS and they once again assigned Patriot. Patriot did not call us within the promised 24 hour period. We gave up on them and are buying a new dryer. He improperly installed a heat pump at my parents home and within a year it broke down twice. He was to busy to help my parents when they needed him. Good enough to install and make money off them but to busy to take care of then. When I called him out on it he told me to go f#@k myself and hung up on me. Not a good person at all and I hope karma catches up to him. You do not take advantage of people in their mid 70's and treat them poorly. Shame on you Mr. Demmons!

I did not have the best experience with Precision Plumbing. I contacted them on August 27th for a…read moresmall job. I was told they would do the job for me and we scheduled for September 18th. On Sunday, the 14th, I had not heard anything about a time so I texted them confirming we were still good to do the job on the upcoming Thursday. After a day, I tried calling and did not receive an answer and was unable to leave a voicemail. At this point I assumed they were no longer interested in the job and I started looking elsewhere. On Wednesday, 3 days after I attempted contact, I was texted and they said they were still coming the next day. Thursday, the day of the job, I sat around the house all day because I never received a time to expect them to show up. Around 1:30pm I received a text that they had vehicle problems and were headed my way. 3:30pm, I texted asking for an update. I never received an answer and was ghosted. Definitely frustrating when you are re-doing a kitchen and have multiple contractors scheduled and work that needs to be done before other work can be completed. We now must find a new plumber and re-schedule the other contractors. I wish I could review their work but unfortunately I was left high and dry without a reason. Frustrating!

We used this company to help switch over to propane. Which was $14,000 and we were fine with it…read morebecause we needed an new heating system. In the first couple weeks the water kept going cold, then the heat would not work. We called them and they would come out and "fix" the issue. Only for it to happen again. We finally got them to come out to "fix" it a final time to find out that they did not put the exhaust vent outside the house. Apparently when your exhaust vent is inside the house you cannot use an air freshener around it. Which we were not made aware of. One guy came out and said that the whole system was set up wrong and after he messed around with it, it started working. A couple months later we get a bill for $3,000!!! On a heating system they did not install correctly. We said we were not paying it because THEY were the ones that did not do their jobs correctly. They threatened us with a lean on the house if we did not pay the bill. After I had my father talk to them, they brought it down to a little over $1,000 for the bill. On something that they did not install correctly to begin with.

The door was never properly functioning (though it did function) and now it's completely busted. I can home one day and the entire bottom of it was falling apart. This is after them taking a YEAR to get around to installing it in the first place. I should have just read the writing on the wall and just canceled it. That was a lot of money to waste on a poor product.
