Fast forward, I took the bumper to Body Master to get it sanded down and repainted and appropriately matched to our car color (they had to fix West Mesa body shops job). I dropped it off yesterday afternoon and it was finished today by 1 o'clock and the color is spot on! Never in my life have I been more impressed with a body shop. The owner, Gaston, and his family are running an honest and reputable business and they definitely want to make their customers happy. The garage is located by the base, and honestly I didn't mind driving across town to them because they are 100% worth it. They are affordable, professional, and fast! Also, they color match SPOT ON!!! They have new equipment to stay up to date with all the new cars/colors. They did such an amazing job on our car, you can't even tell it's an after market bumper. I highly suggest going there for any auto body need you would need. They can seriously do everything AND the garages they own are organized and clean! We've decided to take our car back there next week to repaint the entire car. They said the turnaround would be one week which is crazy fast! I'm excited to see the results and will update soon! Glad I found them and will recommend them to family and friends!

The work they did was high quality, clean lines on all the new parts and the paint was a perfect match even though my RV is 10 years old. I'd recommend Loid's for your repair service, especially if you have a Mercedes as their authorized Mercedes repair shop made the difference in the quality and overall customer experience I had. Had a wind shield replaced but in there lobby they were selling products to add to ur windshield to make heat resistant and chip resistant well I got the chip resistant so I decided to try it to add it on and it did not work months down the road. Where I was at that moment and where my windshield got worse was impossible for me to go back in to the company to have them replace it since I was away for a funeral. The company said I should have left the product on the vehicle in order for them to work with me. Basically I never got my money back and it seems like they are going to make it hard for me to get my money back, saying I should of left the product on so they could see it but that they are not responsible for it another company sells that material. Also I told this person to leave a message yes and no can you help, so they called back and left a message but didn't leave a message like I told her so I called and she basically said sorry we cannot help you out because of warranty is past due. You mean I called back for her to tell me something when she could have left a message doing the same thing. Not only did she not listen to me like I said, leave a message if it's a no you cannot help me. I got bad service and they are wrong they should have kept the customer happy and should have done the right thing to give back the money to keep your customers and make your customers happy. Out of warranty if something doesn't work it doesn't work make your customers happy. Happy customers mean good services. So we won't be going back we will find a reputable company that is keeps it promise of making customers happy.

I contacted numerous companies to get quotes and to try to get in their schedule. I was most pleased with this company on their quick and professional response to me. Because of this, I was willing to wait for a few weeks before they could get me on their schedule. I have never gotten windows tinted because when so many different options to choose from and I didn't know anything about the options prior to arriving the day for install. The woman at the front desk did a great job explaining to me my different options and what to expect for the asthmatic look and what the benefits of each tint would be. She was very patient and did not rush me at all as I was trying to decide. The work that was done looked very professional and it's been over a month now since install and I haven't noticed any issues. I cannot believe how much cooler my car is with the tinting and I can actually drive without my sunglasses now if I forget them. That's saying something! I should also mention that my tinting was within legal limits. It's pricey to tint your windows, but it was totally worth it at this company!
