I hired them to help us navigate insurance claims for repairs, and cleanup for our home and home based business, which were heavily contaminated with smoke damage asbestos, lead, and ash. While they responded promptly and were consistent daily at first, their communication became inconsistent after the contract was signed. I had to follow up repeatedly just to get any updates, as they are reactive rather than proactive. We are now over 100 days living in a hotel, and our house and business equipment remain inaccessible in our garage. The delays have caused us significant financial and personal hardship. I personally cleaned the exterior of my residence, including the ash-stained pool (which required draining, power washing, and refilling). I will also start cleaning the interior of my garage myself so I can resume my business and care for my customers. The initial approved cleaning by the insurance company did not cover the entire cost to clean up the contaminates. I care deeply about my clients and believe in good customer service.
