The lettuce and chips were fresh. The beef/steak was tasty, especially considering the reasonable price. Something else to notate in reference to the price, is the portion size. It was huge! And they didn't skimp on the cheese sauce either. The only thing that I would complain about, but I'll just mention it as a suggestion... they need a way to notify people when their order is ready. I was at Country Boy in Georgetown, and it was cold outside. Maybe a text message system or something like that when the orders are ready would be ideal. It's a 14 inc burrito stuffed with meat (I got al pastor), beans, rice, cilantro, onion, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and avocado. The al pastor was fresh and juicy as was the acidic pineapple. I also got the Mexican street corn cup with was topped with mayo, cotija cheese, lime, Valentina sauce, and chili powder. Perfect citrus and spice. And lastly I got the beans, and they weren't stingy with the cheese! I got the salsa roja, which was very spicy and flavorful. They come in these little packets so at first you think they are purchased or outsourced, but if you go to the food truck's instagram page you can see they make it on site and then package it themselves! Very sophisticated high level operation food truck! My colleague got the 12 inch quesadilla de chorizo. It was a huge portion and very cheesy, though he did say his chorizo was a little dry. He did enjoy it. We also got a few of their frozen smoothie drinks. I got the pineapple, he got the mango, and I also tried their Jamaican hibiscus team. Each drink was super fresh, fruity, and a perfect blend of savory and sweet. The offer tons of burritos and quesadillas (12 and 14 inch), and tacos: asada, pollo, al pastor, cheese, barbacoa, veggie, de lingua, cochinitia, tripe, chorizo.
