I have not seen the memorial dual stone yet for my late wife. But we were totally bless to find the family owned business to take care of us. Turned out that they had a piece we could use almost exactly like what we needed. Which saved ordering it and it coming in from Inda?? I have mixed feelings about this business so I wanted to wait until the service was completed before leaving a review. They came highly recommended by the rep from the funeral home/cemetery where we laid my brother. While I can say they do good work, I definitely felt like the customer service was more like you need us, we don't need you. Sadly, due to the pandemic, this is probably true. I interacted with the owner twice in person and it was all business and void of any sympathy. I felt dismissed and was instructed to just email him a design I'm looking for instead of a consultation. I wanted to avoid the back and forth and get it done asap. I paid for it in full hoping to get in line while we waited for the stone to come in. There was a delay in shipment as with everything during this time. The grave marker was done in the estimated timeframe. A picture of the finished stone was promised when I asked for it but never happened. That email was also dismissive saying it's exactly like the proof. Well, how do I know that?? I wanted to make sure it was correct before it was put into the ground. The only reason he didn't hear from me was because the rep, same one that recommended this business, snapped a pic for us to see before they laid it down. This was a sudden loss for my family and we were not prepared. Asking about a grave marker for my brother took a lot of effort during a very fragile emotionally state and a little patience and compassion goes a long way. I will likely not use this place again for my family's nor my own grave marker and monument needs in the future. read more

I can't say enough good things about this small company. They did a beautiful black granite headstone for my English Bulldog. They treated his stone as they would for anyone stone they do. They understood his importance to me. They cemetery messed some things up and they had to come back out and make some changes on where it was set but they came out and reset without any complaints. The price was the best by a long shot of any place I got a quote from. They are not retail they are actually the mfg'er so they have a vested interest and creating and keeping their reputation excellent. They deserve the highest rating possible! read more
