The office is different, they had a very diverse clientele which includes working professionals, HIV patients, and what appears to be the homeless. But what is so great is, they treat everyone the same. It's hard to get in but they do have several "walk in" clinics.

The person answering the phone, scheduling your appointment and greeting you when you come in, say a lot about a company so why should healthcare be any different? The ones who answer the phone and greet you at this office are amazing. My favorite is Jeff. He is so nice, jokes around with me and is easy to talk to. I don't dread calling in there because I know he will take care of me. Then once I go in, it is always a very pleasant experience. Dr. Schroeder is so wonderful. He listens to you, sympathizes and also makes sure to educate you on the whys, dos and don'ts of things. He doesn't make you feel bad about yourself for things, but rather tries to offer solutions and education on how you can change those things yourself or tips on how to help it. So I walked in and was the only person in line. Filled out my paperwork and sat in the waiting room. The building is very low lit. While you wait there is a TV and some magazines available. Since then, I've gone back several times for different appointments and more recently visited a new Dr. Unfortunately Dr. Diamond moved on to a place closer to her home so I set up an appointment with Dr. Erin Ray. I was interested in a Doctor who had a holistic approach to care and I love that Dr. Ray is a Doctor of Osteopathic medicine. My first visit with here was wonderful, she complimented my tattoo which is a first from a Doctor, and I knew I'd feel pretty comfortable with her. She asked me several questions and throughout the conversation I realized that there were some issues that I could/did have that would be good to share. She recommended a few things and prescribed a couple of things to help and they've been great! Anytime I have an appointment or something to do here I appreciate that everything is in one place. There's ample parking outside, there's a nice coffee shop downstairs with delicious coffee and grilled sandwiches. There's great seating to enjoy your coffee or meal while getting some work done as well. Another great aspect about Think Whole Person is its proximity to the Aksarben shops. I usually don't frequent this area but when I do it makes sense for me to drive down to check out what's going on in Aksarben and the shops near by.
