FMG have been absolutely phenomenal for my business in professional services. I engaged FMG in 2009 when starting up my business. They located and made appointments with around 40 potential leads, many of whom remain clients of mine today. FMG's staff on the telephone were so personable that I still get queries from this group of clients asking, "And how is ["Anna"] these days?"
I recently used FMG again earlier this year for another campaign and they found another two excellent telemarketers who were ideally matched to talk to my target market. They achieved nearly four times as many appointments as my initial target number which to be honest I had thought was a bit of a stretch target in the first place. This campaign was so successful, we plan to use them on a quarterly basis to contact those clients on our database who we aren't in touch with regularly.
The only problems we had were on the IT front - our spam filter blocked all emails from their server for some reason, which resulted in communication delays, and there was a related lag in getting reports to us. Our excellent IT provider couldn't fix this problem on our side in a permanent way. I hope FMG find time to fix these two problems - minor issues in the greater scheme of things - but definitely items that could be improved. read more
