We used ebpearls.com.au to build and manage our website. We exhausted much of our time to rectify many ongoing problems that in the end were too time consuming to fix and some problems that even their team couldn't fix, our customers got tired of trying to access the site and most of them just called and ordered over the phone. We were also charged miscellaneous charges that we didn't agree to and when we asked about the charges we got no response. I found the team to be very hard working and positive when trying to resolve issues but I felt that even they were frustrated with the product. I feel, after talking to many of my business associates about their websites, that we made a mistake trusting ebpearls.com.au, so do your research and explore all options before you go ahead. Just remember that it's your money and your business that you are putting on the line. read more

Fantastic company. We have been working with EB pearls for over 8 years and they have been a fantastic team to work with. This is our 4th project together and they were able to complete the project 2 weeks before the deadline. So happy read more

Ok, so I didn't ask that, and I still don't know where the name Cup computers came from. But I did ask about buying a mouse. $10. Hard to beat, unless your on ebay and willing to wait 4 weeks for delivery. But, this store doesn't focus on selling anything actually. Whilst they do sell computer accessories, this place focuses on computer repairs. Just as necessary as either a mouse or a cup computer. This is a handy thing to have around. The guy at the counter was friendly and very helpful, and we all know how important that is in computer repairs - as that is often the most frustrating time of our lives. So, in conclusion, I'd recommend the place. Good job Cup Computers. Just dont expect you'll be buying any.
