They hadn't even arrived by 2PM. By 3PM, they are finally there but it's clear they don't know how to set up the tent. We had to call an additional 5 people down to help set up and we were done minutes before the first guest arrived. No apologies, no refund of set up fee (since my people set it up and helped take it down) and no reply to my emails. The food was delicious, minus the soup that was full of chicken bones and that made me nervous since children were eating it. He also didn't bring the beverages that were on our contract, nor did he bring a way to cook the food, he borrowed our photographers grill, and didn't have trash cans. But he did serve the food on time, and made it clear our guests need to be on time to eat. The stress this caused was unnecessary, especially on my wedding day. Save yourself the trouble and find a reliable event cater. I can't believe this didn't even come with an apology!!!!

Man, I think potatoes are the best food group and when a burger place understands this, it is a game changer! The fries are perfect. Not soggy, to too crispy,. Just good potatoes. Whatever seasoning the put on it, we are here for it! 3.) Guys! I don't like fry sauce. I don't like special sauces. I am of the opinion that ketchup and BBQ get the job done. I always ask places to not add the special sauce or I decline their fry sauce. Again, I don't know what their sauce is, but we didn't have any left! It paired perfectly with their food, not over bearing. I doused it with mustard sauce, bbq sauce, jalapeños and onions. Then ate it with a fork. Couldn't finish it. But wanted to. So much oozy gooey goodness. The same brisket was also on a sandwich and my husband got that with a side of fries. The prices are reasonable and the service top knotch. After getting a delicious beer we ordered the knachos (tater tot nachos) with smoked brisket and a pulled pork sandwich. HOLY MOLY. Who knew BBQ in Montana could be so good. The brisket on the nachos was juicy and flavorful. It came with beer cheese where there was an excellent balance of flavor and we loaded it up with jalapeños, onions and sauce. We especially loved the homemade Carolina mustard sauce and also enjoyed their BBQ sauce. The pulled pork sandwich came on a fancier hot dog type roll which was a new way for me to have a pulled pork sandwich and fabulous! Loaded up with the same toppings this melted in our mouths. Paired with a SunRift beer and live music on a Saturday night = heaven. For a girl who doesn't eat a ton of meat this was SO worth it. Make an effort to come here from near and far please !
