The staff was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic in helping lead me through the menu and navigate my shellfish allergy. I ended up ordering the bowl filled with pickled poblanos, onions, carrots, sriracha mayonnaise, sweet potatoes, avocado, tofu and an egg on top. Wow, I'm still thinking about this delicious bowl days later. To top it all off, I ordered the ginger lemonade that had pea flower extract (hence the purple color).
