The doctors are excellent, but the office is terrible. Good luck ever getting ahold of someone, as…read morethey never pick up the phone. I left a voicemail two weeks ago saying "I need to schedule an appointment, it's urgent, call me back ASAP." They called me TODAY, and not because they actually wanted to schedule an appointment, but because a medication of mine had been cancelled, *which was the reason I wanted to schedule an appointment in the first place.* They gave me the excuse of "not having enough information" to deem me worthy of calling back, which is BS. Firstly, it's a voicemail, it's a social expectation to *not* dictate an essay and keep it short. My issue was not something that could be summarized in a voicemail, which is why I said "urgent" and "call me back ASAP." Which, secondly, if a client *says* "urgent, call me back ASAP," you should *actually* call them back as soon as possible! Refusing to call back a client who explicitly says a matter is urgent is the height of unprofessionalism. I don't care how busy you are, put them on a high priority list. And while you're at it, how about instead of having us wait for an indefinite of time for you to call after leaving a voicemail, you put us on hold. The only reasons as to why an office doesn't have this feature, aside from technological incompetence, is if they don't have receptionists working from the time they open to the time they close. Which they should! I know doctor's offices have been extremely busy ever since covid, and that likely extends to mental health offices as well. While I'm glad this place got rid of the previously *incompetent* medical assistant, it is clear to me that the issues with Mental Health Solutions were not solely her fault. There are serious problems with the way this office is run and managed. They should consider themselves lucky that I don't have the money to file a lawsuit after their failure to refill my medication in a timely fashion (which, *despite* the bad weather and holidays, they did in fact have enough time to refill) was allegedly at least partially responsible for a car accident I was in in early January. I am not going to pursue legal action, nor am I making any accusations. I just think that it is a hell of a coincidence that I got into my first car accident the day that I ran out of ADHD medications. Again, this is all alleged, I am not making any accusations towards MH Solutions or any of its employees. Correlation does not equal causation, after all. I will not, and do not, hold MH Solutions or any of its employees at all responsible for this incident. I am merely stating my own personal experience and opinion, which has given me a biased view towards the company. If MH Solutions takes issue with anything I have stated here, I will delete this portion of my review with no rebuttal, though the 1 star rating and the rest of my complaints will still stand. I am not interested in any legal disputes. To my psychiatrist - you deserve far better than this establishment. Please consider switching to a different office, for the sake of your patients. Sadly, I will not continue being a client at this clinic for much longer, and will be switching to my primary care provider.

Had a small rough patch when switching billing systems but everything worked out. I strongly suggest you go here if you need help. If one therapist doesn't work then try another. It's about matching styles of help with what you need. Best thing is to seek help.

The Psychology Center was highly recommended to me for their diagnostic services by two male…read morecolleagues, one who believed himself to have ADHD and another to be autistic, both of whom were diagnosed as such after visiting. I contacted TPC to request ADHD testing and therapy, and was set up with therapist John Bruner (who's no longer with TPC) in May/June 2024. I also met with prescribing psychiatrist Aaron Sheridan during this time who was helpful and professional in our interactions. From the beginning, John was skeptical of my having ADD/ADHD and suggested we meet for therapy first. Respecting his expertise, I obliged and we met about twice monthly through December. There were some helpful tips that came from the therapy, but I often felt talked at instead of being invited to engage in a dialogue about my mental health. By December I realized I wasn't getting what I needed from the therapy and considered leaving, when he suggested I finally begin testing for ADD. I tested in January of 2025 over a few days with someone I believe is named Brian (I don't see him listed on their website). We began with a computer test that showed further testing was needed, when John commented , "when people fake the test it shows X and Y." I came back to complete additional testing like the TOVA (clicker test), a few puzzle tests, and an IQ test January 29. John and I met after the testing where he shared what I could expect, which involved him needing a few weeks to compile his findings for us to review at a session in February. At this meeting, he once again mentioned people "faking" ADHD tests to get a certain result. Both of my February appointments were cancelled due to illness on his side, so I was anxious to learn of any diagnosis going into our meeting which finally occurred March 1. At our meeting he first shared that he did not believe that I have ADD. He read my results from a computer and I could not see them. He said he doesn't usually complete written reports for his regular patients, but he'd be happy to write one up for me. I was surprised and upset at his finding, so we talked through it. He once again mentioned people "faking" test then clarified, "I don't think you're faking anything!" He then told me that he'd just attended a conference that found estrogen can impact mental health for women, and that might be an avenue worth exploring. He finally made a flippant remark about enjoying meeting with me "for all these years," to which I corrected him that it hadn't even been one year since we started last June. He then PULLED UP OUR APPOINTMENT HISTORY BECAUSE HE DIDN'T BELIEVE ME, which was especially rich given the fact he'd told me minutes before that I scored highly on the memory portion of the IQ test. At the end of that meeting, which was on a Monday, he told me he'd send me my written results by Friday. Friday came and went with no results and I had to call the office to prompt him to send them, which came the following Friday. I canceled all future appointments after these experiences and have not returned. I'm a working professional in my 40's who struggles with some things I thought to be related to ADD and I was just trying to get help. I wasn't there for medication or because I saw a reel on social media telling me I have ADD. If this is not my diagnosis, so be it, but I did not feel cared for or believed during this process at all and it has turned me off to therapy entirely. The experience was clearly upsetting enough that I only feel comfortable posting about it now. Coincidentally, I later met another man who was diagnosed with ADHD by John Bruner and this was not his experience at all! He was given his written results in a timely manner and never once had to hear about people faking tests or how his hormones are the culprit for mental health problems. I want to believe there are wonderful folks who work at TPC and are helping people, but this was not my experience at all. At the very least, I can't recommend any woman visiting this center for diagnosis.
