Despite calling all over town, we found that every place either wasn't accepting new clients, had no availability in the near future, or they simply didn't answer their phones. Cheri made quite an impression on us because, despite not being an acupuncturist, she promptly returned our call. She was the only practitioner who did so. Although she couldn't personally help us, she gave us a referral to an acupuncturist who was AVAILABLE and did a fantastic job that same day! While Madison seems to offer many alternative medicine options, I don't think it should be lost on customers the importance of stellar customer service. If Cheri was this attentive and professional with us, people who she knew weren't looking for her services, I can't imagine how happy her clients must be.

I called and requested tracking. She said as a small business, the post office does not provide them with tracking, which is a lie. I am usually a skeptic when it comes to alternative medicine. But acupuncture has some hard data…read moreshowing it can help with pain. I've been treated for months for polymyalgia rheumatica and, more recently, a radiculopathy. Prednisone, Naltrexone and PT provided inadequate results and a 20 lb weight gain. Severe pain has kept me awake almost all night on multiple occasions. I was ready to try something else. Kathryn provided enormous, immediate relief. I'm told it usually takes a while but that response is often seen with severe pain. I just came back from an intense week at an adult band camp that would not have been possible without her help. The prednisone dose has also been reduced. Count me a very grateful patient who recommends her highly.

He is an amazing Dr. I just wanted to give him a shout out for helping me because this has been such a long health journey. The facility is clean, friendly, and welcoming.
