We enjoy the 18 hole fairways for golf, Olympic size outdoor pool (the club has five pools altogether), plus very good clay tennis courts. One can arrange swimming as well as tennis lessons at the club for both children and adults. Lake Isle hosts fireworks on Summer Solstice annually. Always a fun time. There are Summer concerts throughout the warm days and evenings, with food trucks and amusement rides for the kiddos. Plus the restaurant Gigante is on the premises with Italian cuisine on the menu. Before he even gotten to the pool it started to rain and they closed the pool down and kicked everyone out. He never even made it through the gate!!! They refused to reimbursed his $10 or transfer that ticket to another day. Poor boy who is 10 years old was in tears for loosing money. They are thieves! For $10 they just earned this one star review on Yelp.

Great public course with reasonable cart and greens fees. Course is well groomed and greens are in…read moregreat shape for the number of rounds played on this course. Nicely laid out with some very challenging holes. During summer months one needs to secure tee times well in advance as all tee times are taken. The course also has a driving range. Range balls are also fairly priced at $8.00 for a small (50) balls and $16.00 for a large (100) balls. The driving range matts are quite warm but pro shop where balls are sold told me they were being replaced in the 2024 season. Brand new golf carts have replaced the old ones only negative is these carts are gas powered which can result in jerky stops and starts. But this facility does not have a cart barn which prevents electrical access. Hopefully in the future the town of Greenwich will erect a cart barn with electrical chargers for electric carts. Pro shop carries the popular brands of shirts, golfing apparel and shoes. The personnel in the shop are knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager, Ashley, has great personality and is a pleasure to deal. Everyone in the shop is friendly and courteous to all patrons. Lessons are available from PGA professionals. For a public course I highly recommend the "Griff"

Not only does he explain how to correctly swing a golf club, but he explains why the swing is correct. He will give you the necessary tools to succeed out on the golf course. I took 1 hour Adult private lessons with Kevin and I recommend them to anyone that either wants to learn how to golf or learn how to improve their game. His personalty is always great, he is a laid back guy and his lessons were always fun.
