Each cologne I have purchased has been competitively priced and all have been GENUINE. Also, I've had great experiences with customer service as well. Well, to say I was disappointed with this company is a understatement. I never received my product, sent them photos of a envelope that was supposed to have the item in it. In red was stamped, "Received in damaged condition". They stated they could give a refund or replace it. Today I get an email that said there was a glitch in their system and they cancelled my whole order. The items are in stock but now with an inflated price. OK - I have ordered from them for years and always got the real deal and shipping was free. I have sent gifts through them. Other warehouse fragrance places charge for shipping unless you spend a lot of money. As of today, I will never ever shop with them again. I ordered a bottle of perfume that I have had before. I sent them the photos and then Claudia (in customer service - HA) said they had sent me something in the wrong packaging. That didn't make sense. Please avoid doing business with this company. On November 26, 2021, I ordered approximately $640 worth of cologne from this vendor. On December 3rd I received a notification from DHL that the package was delivered. Then was advised by forever lux that USPS delivered the package and was provided a different tracking number. I was advised by the merchant that since the item was marked as delivered, they couldn't help me. I followed up with the police station and the United States postal Service that confirmed that the package was not delivered. They had no knowledge of where the package was. Even on the security system at home no package was delivered on this day. I was provided with forms by the United States postal Service to provide to Merchant to file a claim. It's impossible as you're unable to get anyone by any communication method. Please avoid this Merchant at all costs. read more

I recently purchase a expensive fragrance which I normally buy from Neiman Marcus and such stores. I was surprised when I found it on this site for half the price. As soon as I got it I realized why it's that much...... because it's fake. When you spray it it smells like pure alcohol. I know how his perfume smells because I wear it all the time. It fades away in about 1 minute .to test it I sprayed literally 8 pumps into my hands and asked my wife and brother to smell my hands to make sure I didn't lose my senses. They told me they smell nothing. Molecule es centric is such a great fragrance that it is unmistakable and the smell stays on you for a few days. I placed an order with ForeverLux on March 6th, 2022. The tracking number shows "en route to DHL e-commerce" since the March 7th and hasn't updated since. I have sent a couple emails to them asking them for an update and all they say its "en route" and they give me the tracking number I'm already following. I have asked for a refund but they have refuse to give it. It's been 14 days since I've placed my order. I do not trust their products at all. I recently bought Mulger Alien perfume 60 mL and compared it to the one I already have from Macy's. This is so fake.
