The installation crew was polite, professional, and hardworking throughout the project. We want to emphasize that our review isn't a reflection on them--they did their best under the circumstances. The main issues arose from communication gaps between the sales representative and the crew. (We aren't naming anyone, as this may have been an isolated incident.) After the initial installation, the crew had to return to address a problem. Unfortunately, the communication about what the rework would entail was once again unclear. The crew ended up investing far more time and effort than originally discussed, but we were still required to pay 50% of the rework cost, which felt frustrating and unfair. On a positive note, the branch manager was polite, attentive, and took the time to listen to our concerns, which we appreciated. However, working with the sales rep was a different story. Throughout the project, the rep was difficult to communicate with and exhibited unprofessional behavior. At one point, he hung up on us during a call and sent aggressive text messages, questioning why we sought a second opinion. (For reference, we consulted our hardscaping company--who had installed our retaining walls and drainage system--on what would be required to properly fix the issue.) While the final outcome met our expectations, the communication issues, added rework costs, and disappointing behavior from the sales rep make it hard for us to confidently recommend this company.

Unfortunately, the final result has been deeply disappointing. The turf installed in my yard has horizontal stripes like freshly mowed lawn on the bottom 1/4 which Marty insists is due to the sun reflecting off of my windows. UPON INSTALLING! Despite extensive documentation, photos, texts and calls to expeditiously resolve the issue, responsibility was deflected to "it's up to the manufacturer" What I can't understand is why is there a 15 year warranty ? The claim is denied without the manufacturer ever coming to see it themselves as well as hearing what happened from me and reading our text thread? It tells a bit of a different story. Marty reinforced at the onset that the job comes with a 15 year manufacturer warranty!!!! Marty placed 4 remnants in the same area to prove to me they'd burn like the turf from the sun! They DID NOT the experiment was a fail? The lack of accountability and resolution at the end has left me unable to recommend this company based on outcome and post-install support.
