Had some pitting issues after several months, but to their credit Low Country pavers came right out and replaced all the pitted pavers. In fact, the job looks better than the original. We recently installed a patio in our backyard. We went to Low Country Pavers, viewed their options for pavers, talked with a representative, reviewed our choices online and in their catalog. We ordered their "Canyon". We have a lovely designed patio with the wrong color pavers and are receiving no acknowledgement of the problem. Canyon lists brown, gold and white as the colors and that is consistent with what we saw on their website and at their center. Our patio is a little bit brown, a little bit gold and the remainder is gray (with a blue tint), no white. It looks nothing like we anticipated. Where is gray or blue in their description? Where was it in their display of "Canyon" at their business. Where is it in the picture on their website? The patio doesn't match our green house. They are accepting no responsibility. Don't use them!! Horrible customer service! They tell us this is "Canyon" like we are just seeing it wrong or don't know our colors. We are very disappointed! read more
