I'm very upset from the treatment I received from the owner. I'm also unsure how they do other working customers back yards with no heads up. Should I have had my back door unlocked every day? Does that not defeat the purpose of the fence everyday? Karen yelled at how lazy my boyfriend was to not get up and pick up the dog poop when they got there, which not only was rude and uncalled for but disrespectful. He was working from home and unfortunately cannot drop everything to accommodate the demanding landscapers, as we have to also work to make a living. I am very upset at how rude and malicious Karen was to me and my boyfriend. I got the quote to make our lives easier, and all they created were problems. I strive to be respectful, kind and professional in life and am appalled by the treatment I received when Karen called me in rage. Totally uncalled for. So if you have dogs, have a gate that will need to be unlocked and not at home every second during the workday, or want to find a company with customer service that respects customers and doesn't bully you I'd look elsewhere. Original review: The company was slow to respond. The first visit, they did an amazing job on the lawn and sent pictures which was nice. However, that is the only nice thing I can say. The price was a little higher compared to other quotes, however the work they promised seemed worth it. We were given no heads up, and they refused to mow our yard due to dog poop being in the yard (with the price we were paying it felt as if pick up would be included, but I digress). They demanded we drop our busy work life to pick up the poop and called me to tell me they refused to do service until this was done, which was relayed rudely to me. Then they came a second time with no warning and called me to say I was fired. All because of the dog poop in the yard, because we were given no heads up. I'd add that it was picked up for the time that they had originally claimed to come, but instead they didn't make it. The headache dealing with this company is not worth it for me when you can find other companies to do almost the same work for cheaper. I had considered letting them go, however I was happy to mutually split ways when Karen called to "fire me." The lack of customer service was unacceptable, and I refuse to be bullied and yelled at for a job that I am paying a company to do.
