His rates are very competitive and reasonable. The first day there were 4 people who completed the demolition of both bathrooms. After that, only 3 for the sizing, framing and installation of electric, plumbing and tile. Jeff always started at 7:00 a.m. and you could set your watch to when his trucks would arrive. I don't know how he was able to be so precise, but that's what he does. His son also works with him along with a guy Nick. They are true craftsman and hard workers. The extra bath was completed in a couple of days. The master bath took a bit longer due to the cabinetry and glass framing around the shower. Those items were contracted to others.
