This store is terribly unorganized and the customer service is horrible. I ordered a bench and…read morepaid in full. When I didn't hear anything from them after several weeks, I called to inquire about the delivery, and they had no record of my order. Lucky I found my receipt. I waited 4 more months and the bench finally arrived, but it was the wrong color. The owner Holly refused to refund us, and screamed at us in the store insisting that was the bench we ordered. She refused to admit they made a mistake. She said she'll "look around" for a bench that will work for us. As of now, 8 months past the order date, we have no bench and no refund.

After contacting them twice again, they said they could do it on Saturday 8/30 and once again, never showed. After contacting them, yet again, they said it would be done by today, 9/4. They never showed again and in talking to Cassandra in their office, they would try to get out this Saturday but couldn't make any promises. Such inexcusable business practices. And they came so highly recommended.
