I had a private room with deep wooden tub to soak in for 25 minutes. They provided a cold face cloth, ice lemon water and hot tea to sip on. The rep knocked on my door to alert me to get ready for the salt cave. I took a quick shower to rinse off (towels provided) and got dressed. I put on slippers (they provide) and grabbed a blanket and headed into the healing salt cave that was 65 degrees. I relaxed in the zero gravity chair/recliner, wrapped in the blanket, listened to relaxing music and the sound of water. What a great experience this was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I called to book and there was a small stumble finding my information but they called back in a timely manner with everything good to go. They only have the equipment for a hydra facial at the Guelph location, so they offered me a normal hydrating facial for the Waterloo location which I accepted. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff. It was just me and the nurse/aesthetician working on me so it was a very nice experience. The member of staff was very nice, friendly, and polite. She explained each step of the facial and answered each of my questions. They have a relaxing Spotify playlist playing through the treatment. Unfortunately, they don't have a premium account and the occasional ads took me out of the moment of relaxation but that's alright. They're also doing a great job with Covid and provide you with a stick-on disposable mask to keep on through your treatment. It was a wonderful experience!

No where did it tell you the cost of the airings were all different. I get to the tail at the end and it cost $145. I was told I had picked gold earrings and that was the reason for the inflated cost the airings that I have on our surgical steel. They are nowhere close to being gold.
