She not only stayed open after hours to give me an entirely new spray tan but she was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond what I would expect. My tan was the perfect shade and I didn't look like a carrot. I appreciate her going above and beyond even given the inconvenience. Couldn't recommend anyone better in the area!

Initially I stumbled across the Instagram account of this place and after scouring the before and…read moreafter photos, I decided to pull the trigger......on the spray gun that is. Ha! Andrea was very accommodating to my schedule and made the whole (usually awkward) process very seamless. Kinda like chatting with a good friend but while almost completely naked. I went with the medium shade and it turned out wonderful on my pale skin. No fake orange shade. The tan itself lasted quite awhile as well, nearly a week! My only quip would be that I had white lines under my bum which looked a little awkward, but didn't really matter since I wasn't going anywhere in a bikini anytime soon. Highly recommend if one is in the tri-cites area.

Trying to argue with a customers is unprofessional and definitely not a good look. Instead of trying to argue that you explained a policy that YOU DID NOT. The fact that my son had a MEDICAL emergency & I have NEVER BEEN TO YOU & not able to make it alone should of been good enough for not being able to come. On top of that I'm being sent passive aggressive texts. My company also has a cancellation policy, However I have never tried to charge a client who has a family emergency going. I also have never charged a client who's coming to see one of my artists for THE FIRST TIME & are unable to keep their appointment. Save your money and go to a place that's professional and knows how to speak to clients & potential clients.

Dusty did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I've also been to his salon for cut and balayage. So, I'm absolutely helpless when it comes to hair and skin care. I grew up not so blessed in the natural beauty department and have had so many negative experiences at salons who shamed me for not knowing basics. Naturally that made me avoid and almost cringe when I would have to go to salons. But, Dusty made me feel so beautiful! He's a master communicator - great listener and empathetic. Before my wedding, he gave me helpful suggestions on a skincare and hair care routine that was a game changer. At my wedding, he was an amazing calming presence and me and my bridesmaids look sooo great! His prices are absolutely fair and his talents are worth every penny plus more.
