Clarke was extremely helpful with ordering and customizing uniforms for a newly formed team. I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing they offered for Nike soccer uniform package (shorts, jersey, plus jersey number.) Great communication through the whole process via email. I actually never went to the shop until the uniforms were ready! Our team gets a lot of compliments on the uniforms. He also got me out of a pinch with rushing a few other jerseys for a different team. Next season I will be ordering from them again. The shop itself has some really cool gear. If you want something you can't find at Academy (mostly higher end soccer and lacrosse), give this place a try!

Getting a response felt like pulling teeth, and when I finally did, it didn't even matter because the pricing was completely inconsistent. I was given a quote when I dropped off my items, only to receive an invoice TWO WEEKS later for nearly double the amount. No explanation, no heads-up--just a completely different price like that was normal. When I called to ask about it, the owner was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, he immediately got defensive and accused me of wanting everything for free--which was never even remotely the case. Not once did he acknowledge that the invoice didn't match the original quote. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. To top it off, when I said I'd just come pick up my shirts instead, his response was basically "good," as if he didn't want the business in the first place. That says everything you need to know. Terrible communication, dishonest pricing, and unbelievably rude customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
