Amazing experience with Cara getting our permanent anklets!! She was super friendly and talkative and made our appointment fun and easy. She has a beautiful office and collection of jewelry so there are countless options to choose from. We took some time to decide and once we did she was very quick to put on the anklets! We decided to go with the sterling silver which was at an affordable price. I'll see how it holds up but it seems great so far! She also tightened up my bracelet that I got from a different place a few years ago and fixed it for free. And she gave us the cutest handmade cleaning kits!! There's plenty of selection choices for a gold girly like me but also plenty of silver choices too! The rings start at $25 but increase if you get premium options like gold filled or even solid gold. Cara was such an amazing person who greeted us very friendly. She immediately introduced the different types of chains and charms to us, and let me tell you, there were TONS OF OPTIONS. I followed up myself asking for updates, only to get more questions about the chain, which I answered immediately. Still no response. I called again and kept getting the same runaround "we'll get back to you." Days passed and nobody did. Eventually I got passed to someone named AC, who repeated the exact same process Shawn already did. Asked for all the same details, acted interested, and told me he'd get back to me with a quote within a couple of days. As of today, they STILL have not reached back out. The last communication I received was AC saying he'd send pricing and then nothing. What's crazy is I was fully prepared to spend well over $10,000 on a custom piece, yet they treated me like I was wasting their time. Apparently unless you're a celebrity or influencer, customer service doesn't exist here. If this is how they handle serious buyers trying to spend five figures, I can only imagine how they treat everyone else. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful. When trying to exchange 3 days later, I was told that my $2k credit could not be used for special orders just whats's in stock. When selecting 2 chains, I wasn't told how the credit would be applied until I made a selection. I was also not told what price per gram they would use to calculate my chain (11.5g). Not until a significant level of effort to kill them with kindness, I was told they would calculate the gold at $85/gram plus tax (my first purchase was inclusive of all taxes). They discounted the price down to $80/gram, but now they are speaking of adding sales tax in addition to gram price. When I asked about lowering the price to $79, the owners daughter kept being condescending towards me and I certainly didn't feel welcome. What I ended up selecting was $160 more than my exchange because selectively, the price today was before tax, but a few days ago, prices were out the door. When I asked for a little wiggle on the $160, the owners daughter continued to explain how grateful I should be for the exchange, as this is not normal. I quickly ended the discussion, pulled out my card and said charge it. In addition to this purchase, I was also there to buy a couple name plates and corresponding chain roughly $1500-$2000. With how they treated me, they really don't deserve my business. I really wanted to continue doing business with them, but their lack of foresight lost them a $4k customer. What business is willing to overcharge by pennies to loose out on dollars? Bismillah Jeweler's If you made it to the bottom of my review, you have lots of time on your hands, but glad you did. FINAL THOUGHT (Late Jerry Springer): Question, if I can't trust the sales tax calculation, how can I trust this jeweler to sell me GOLD? Remember, NO REFUND or EXCHANGES. My only option is to see what the Franchise Tax Board says when file a report. Their retail sales and religion are inter-twinned, meaning, it is their religious affiliation that instills a sense of trust to generate sales. All the while, they continue to defraud the general public, city, state, and federal government in taxes. I know they have no regard for customer service, but possible legal troubles, potential audits from local and state governments might get them to change their way, I can only pray for that day to come sooner rather than later.
